Long lines and poor service. My he «I see three» announcement has gone off three times with no reaction. I’ve seen multiple workers in the store. Not impressed. Beware of chickens in the parking lot. Real chickens.

I do my best to avoid chain stores, but this one is a gem. This particular walgreens has the most welcoming, friendly and HELPFUL staff/​employees I have ever come across! Thank you to the excellent management for doing so well! Bravo! This is one chain store that I feel great shopping at… plus…All their Christmas stuff is 70% off! Say whhhhat?! My shopping addiction has been satisfied for at least the next month and I spent less than $ 100! I wish I knew the names of the 2 extra helpful and nice employees… one was female and the other one male. Just THANK YOU for being you! I really don’t expect much from stores like this and I am smiling ear to ear! :)) ps Bring the kiddos, there are resident chickens that live outside and sometimes baby chicks! :)) Love

If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. Dropped off a scrip, told them I would wait, they told me 10−15mins, took over an hour and a half to fill 1 scrip of 20 pills. This pharmacy and its staff epitomize incompetency. They don’t care about you, they work like they’re stoned and have no conception of time, and I will never go back to this POS pharmacy with literally the worst and laziest employees I’ve ever seen. The other Walgreens off Expressway by Black Bear Diner is great, go there or literally anywhere else and you’ll be happy you did.

What an awful excuse for a pharmacy. I waited on hold for 20 minutes for a pharmacist to phone in a prescription. Not only are the phone hold times ridiculous, but going in to the store and trying to get help is like winning the lottery! If you can go ANYWHERE but here, I would!

Walgreens is a good old reliable drug store. I don’t do prescriptions here (Kaiser) but I do come here for a good price on the majority of other home health care items.
This location is rarely out of stock of anything I need.

This place is the last resort. The help is so bizarre, and the characters it attracts are even worse. Pharmacy is okay, sometimes. The drive through is always clogged and it takes forever (more than 30 minutes at some times). All in all, I wouldn’t come here unless completely necessary.

I had to buy some cold, allergy and humidifier stuff there recently. I asked a clerk on the floor a question. She didn’t smile nor seem any bit friendly. She basically told me that the prices are always higher at the store than what it shown on line. SUGGESTION: Pay your employees more money or make them happier working there!!! Who wants to be around curmudgeons ?!

This place is awful.
I don’t know what the problem is here, but I have not interacted with any nice staff here. The pharmacy is slow — there always seems to be 4 people back there but only 1 unpleasant, slow person giving the prescriptions out to people in the store and in the drive through. Every time I went, I waited about 15 minutes… even if I was only the second person in line when I got there.
Get your act together, Walgreens. But it’s too late for me — I’m taking my prescriptions elsewhere. So not worth the hassle, the wait, and having to interact with your unhappy staffers.

Nina the assistant manager is the worst customer service representative EVER!!! I don’t know how she got to be an assistant manager if she can’t handle the heat. Bad Nina Bad!!! You ruined Walgreens for me! I Miss Nina is just having a bad night!

This is a pretty good Walgreens. They have parking lot chickens and that’s a big bonus in my book. These are no ordinary parking lot chickens. They’re big, glossy-​feathered guys. The roosters are beautiful. I’ve seen the employees at that little nearby eatery feeding them.
But, back to the Walgreens… it’s tiny, so there’s not a lot of selection. The cashiers are really nice. The pharmacy folks are knowledgeable and have been really helpful, working out problems with my prescription. They work like crazy, but you still have to wait for everything. Wait to drop off. Wait to pick up. I’ve tried the drive-​through, but just given up, after… you guessed it, waiting. Maybe their manager just accepts too much business.
All in all, a pretty dang good pharmacy!

This Walgreens is completely fucked. If you want something specific, just order it off their web site. They have about 30% of the shit in store that they do on the site.
The only good thing about this place is the chickens that hang out in the parking lot. DON’T RUN THEM OVER.
