Peet’s Coffee & Tea

Love all the staff here they always know my complicated drink order! My boyfriend and I go here everyday and we love it.

I’m not really a coffee person (I used to be a barista & I got tired of even the smell of coffee), but I needed some caffeine one morning, so I ordered a mocha (to cut down on the taste of coffee) and it just tasted like burnt espresso. I only had a couple of sips and threw it away.

I like the products but the supervisor seemed to have her boyfriend and 2 of his friends visiting for hours and they were very obnoxious. One of them was blasting loud music on his laptop soon after we sat down in the back corner. I had my briefcase laptop and notes ready to do work. He left his laptop on and walked away to chat with the supervisor and they were obviously friends. Even with headphones on the music was still really loud. I ended up moving away from them to another table and the one guy said «sorry I’ll try and be more quiet next time». Why not this time? Maybe it had something to do with the supervisor allowing this type of stuff to happen. She was standing there with the 3 guys chatting away. When we moved to another table they all started laughing including her. Me and my friend felt like we were invading someone’s living room, instead a place to buy coffee and get some work done. It was an uncomfortable situation and very bizarre. Nobody practiced common sense or respect for others being that this is a public place.

Hands down this is the best coffee shop here in Cotati. I love the coffee ! They also have SUGAR FREE dark chocolate syrup for my latte! The staff is ALWAYS smiling ! It’s a great place to just hang out at.

Nice staff. great coffee. Consistent and convenient

Pretty standard location, minus the chickens that live at the place! Super unique. The coffee is standard as is everything else. The staff is nice and service is good. No complaints, but not much to report above and beyond quite yet. Satisfactory.

This coffee joint gets 5 stars and I will tell you why. Yea, the coffee is nothing to sneeze at but…
As we pulled up we heard… then saw… nay, encountered a wild cacophony of 10 urban chickens descending upon Peet’s Coffee, including 4 large roosters strutting down the sidewalk… It was Hensane!
Those chickens must have been going through caffeine withdrawals…
I was told by a local that it was «their turf» and they hang here all the time! We’ve got a major chicken gang problem in these parts that’s nothing to Balk at.
I shall return again to kick it with these street Tufts.

Clean and convenient Peet’s location on the corner. There is outdoor seating on side and plenty of parking.

Every time I have gone to this location they have been spot on with their cappuccinos and really friendly service. I enjoy having those roosters outside as well as an added entertainment bonus! I drank my coffee outside and watched them as they interacted with four wheeled vehicles. Great coffee too by the way!

Super friendly staff, great drinks. Even remembered me and my drink from 2wks ago. Very impressive! :)

The best almond milk cappuccinos!

I love having a Peet’s so close to my home. Although I only visit here a few times a month (sometimes more often) I have received superior customer service on each occasion. All of the baristas are super friendly and welcoming, the shop appears clean on each visit and their coffee beans are the best one can buy from a franchise.
Recently, I purchased several gift certificates (everyone loves getting a Peet’s gift certificate!) and I was given a pass for a complimentary coffee drink for each $ 25 I spent– now that is a nice perk (pun intended)! As it was near the end of the day, I was also offered to take home one of their food items as they do not want them to go to waste– I chose a salad which made a yummy lunch the next day!
The small & awkward parking lot is the only challenge– yet as I am close I can walk here.

I love Peet’s coffee!
I stopped by this Peet’s before hitting the gym for a tall cup of delicious caffeinated motivation. The parking lot for this Peet’s is a little awkward & a little confusing. There’s a parking space right in front reserved for low emission/​high efficiency vehicles, which is great…
But, that designation is only painted on the ground & I couldn’t make out what it said while I was looking for a place to park. I drive an EV, which is ultra-​high efficiency & no emissions, so I could’ve parked there had I known. A sign would be helpful. No big deal, it’s a small parking lot, any space is not far.
Service was friendly with a smile & my Red Eye (coffee + espresso shot) was whipped up pretty quick. For a concoction so brutally strong, it sure was supremely smooth. Which is why I love Peet’s coffee. Strongly caffeinated, strong flavor, but oh so smooth, the perfect boost to crush a workout.
Oh yeah, I do love me some Peet’s coffee.

I’ve always liked Peets coffee, I think their coffee is the best. The service at this location is very good, even when you stop in at 5:30 AM on the way to work

The only reason I am giving it two stars was because the service was decent. The workers seemed friendly however there is no clear area of where the lines start, so I had two people served before me that showed up after me.
If you are used to Starbucks coffee like I am, this coffee was terrible! I ordered a Vanilla soy latte. Sometimes I’m not the biggest fan of Starbucks because their drinks are too sweet but this latte was just plain, tasted more soy than I did coffee or vanilla. Gave me a headache half way through the cup, just couldn’t finish it.

Right off highway 101. Lots of parking and typical peets coffee.

I love the staff and the coffees. They know my name and my preferences, and they now carry almond milk as well. And unlike their main competitor, they don’t blast the music and air conditioning. Only negative, no app/​discounts for purchases. It would be nice to get free soy milk or a free coffee now and again after 10 (for example).

Why I love fall: Peets’ pumpkin and maple lattes.
I am definately a regular here and I always get great service. Usually I go for regular coffee (which is great) but it being fall, I have to get a yummy pumpkin latte. I also had to get a pumpkin pie bar, which is not a great breakfast choice, but irresistably delicious. I’ll be sorry to seen the fall favorites go, but trust Peets will have equally delightful treats for winter.
