Of all the Starbucks in RP(and I know all of them LOL) this ones my least favorite. I know Starbucks is a great job if you’re in college but college kids running a place doesn’t always fare well. One time I asked for a sample of a drink for my mother — it was a new drink, one in which I’d ordered & they had extra of bc of my order. The barista suggested I «just let her taste» mine. They often mess up drinks or try to argue a drink doesn’t exist if you order«off menu.» I had a friend order a grande frappucino w/a vente cup for room & they told her they couldn’t do that & if anyone at other Starbucks did that that they were«wrong.» I was also told a macchiato is the same thing as a latte when I tried to order a soy macchiato. The barista wanted, almost insisted, on ringing me up for a latte(In spite of these being 2 entirely different menu items). I told her I didn’t care as long as I got what was pictured & then asked if the price was the same, turns out a latte was more so I said«however you make it is fine but I’m paying for the macchiato.» She frowned & said nothing as she rang me up. I think mainly the college kids think they’re cool b/c they’re in charge & maybe think they’re slick by arguing w/people, but honestly I just want my coffee.

i rate this place one star. i recently went in to use the restroom. i was in disbelief. the women’s bathroom was a mess. the toilet was fine. the sink was moldy. i touched the mold to see if it is removable. it is. this is a sign of laziness and carelessness. will not give my business to this store anymore. will use Oliver’s restroom if need be.

So let’s start off with the attitude of the platinum bleach blond hair girl is about who may be 24 the max age. The barista made my drink incorrectly because I asked for a cold brew without water 16oz grande in a 24oz venti cup. Reason why I asked for that is because the way the baristas are instructed to prep everyones cold brew with water added which defeats the purpose of the taste and strength for the true process of it(I make my own cold brew from my home by the way). The girl gave and hussy fit and asked the barista on break next to me how to still pour the cold brew into the other cup?! Why are you bothering someone else? He wasn’t very helpful either because they only pour cold for a grande in a venti cup to the second line who h is only 12oz(know your damn measurements). This was the first time someone has acted like with me and also how to make a common drink request. Starbucks is not a specialty café that does specific standardized oz. I spend on average $ 5-$ 9 for a shot of espresso and latte separately 5 – 6 days a week. I was born and raised in Sonoma County. I’ve been coming to this location on and off again for the past 8 years, or more ever since I commuted to SF for school. I WORKANDLIVEINSFANDOWN A HOUSE down the street from this SB location. I’ve been coming back to this location whenever I’m in the area taking measurements, quotes for the remodeling my house. The extra stress with her attitude wasn’t called for at all because I go back and forth from Sonoma County and SF so much lately. If you don’t like your work, or whatever situation you’re in don’t work there at all plain and simple. Be grateful you have a job with a friendly environment around you. This is the 3rd time I’ve seen here have an attitude with customers/employees(talking about throwing stuff at them).

Ok, heres the deal… its starbucks. there all the same ;) Most of the time, the drive through is fast. however, occasionally because its so close to the college, you can end up waiting a while. I have made this crucial mistake a few times. You may end up getting your coffee faster inside.

I have been going to the Starbucks for quite a while now and they always do a good job. One time they ran out of the house coffee and they knew I was in a hurry, so they gave me some coffee with espresso and hot water. It was pretty good. I think they called it coffee Americano. But not sure.

Who doesn’t like starbucks?! I live right around the corner from this Starbucks and the drive thru is a convenient spot to stop. Good selection of products and always made at a quick speed. The store is really nice since they recently remodeled it.

On a random drive for me up to Cotati, I needed lunch. I also had to do some expelling of breastmilk. No, I refuse to do so in a public restroom. I usually park my car in a shady spot and cover myself up and have at it. Sadly this place has a terrible parking lot. There’s hardly any trees and well hardly and close parking spots. I went in and got a hot Chicken Santa Fe Panini. Also, an iced Americano. Service was fast. It was very busy here. It was lunch time so that might be the reason. Even if I had wanted to eat in, there really wasn’t anywhere to sit inside. I’d of had to go eat in my car anyway.

The best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had! All the workers are so friendly and fast! Specially, the barista Jesse, he’s so sweet like the caramel flan latte he made me.

I love this Starbucks, they Rock. There are a few that are slow, hopefully they are learning. I love all these guys. They know my whole family and are always friendly. The reason they get 4 instead of 5 is due to the occasional barista who cannot multi task or prioritize(the customer in line should be the priority).

I lived around the corner and when my sister and I would walk around the block to get Starbucks this place was so close. In the morning it would be a little busy, but that’s because kids need to go to college and also people need to go to work. I enjoyed the environment there because the staff was always asking me if everything was ok. The only thing I wished they had was the Starbucks Reserve because I enjoy drinking them.

I’m one of those who focuses better in a café, and seeing a Rohnert Park lacks local places, I’m at Starbucks frequently to study. I’m partial to this location over the Wolfden Plaza local, as this one has a more welcoming layout, quiet, plentiful outdoor seating and cozy nooks with couches and chairs. The staff is professional the food/drinks are pretty typical starbucks style. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to study in Rohnert Park then this may be a good choice.

This is in my humble opinion the best Starbucks in the area! My fiancé is diabetic so we are looking for no sugar or as low amount of sugar as we can get. Jen the store manager explained the best way to order the Frappachino so that I could get the least amount of sugar! Service is always great even when they are busy!

Standard Starbucks. Indifferent staff. Not hostile, just indifferent. Lines are usually pretty long, but this is the only Starbucks for a couple of miles. I’m there nearly every day, and it’s OK.

After today, I will probably choose one of the other Starbucks in the area. Something must be wrong with the training at this one. I don’t usually mind waiting in lines. Today’s line was long, but not unusual for a holiday morning. But after waiting my turn, the cashier asks me to wait while she pre-made food bags to go. She didn’t do this just once. She did this again while she warmed my food. Problem was she didn’t stop this chore when my food was warmed– she kept making these bags while I was standing in the front waiting. Really– why would these food bags so important? Two customers had their orders filled at the second register that opened up while I was waiting. I wasn’t the only one waiting. The line was obviously getting longer while she decided to divert her attention to do these prep chores. At the very least, this is bad decision making. The kicker was on the way out. My daughter and I were trying to figure out how to carry our order out. I went to the barista table and asked for a cup tray. The guy just ignored me, despite the fact that I was standing right in front of him. Even if he couldn’t hear me, a courteous employee knows to at least notice a customer standing in his area. But I saw that another customer who was sitting at the end of the bar– who was even further away from me than the barista– heard my request. The customer looked almost as surprised as I did when the barista turned away from me. At that point I decided I’d had it. We left with our hands full of hot cups and food bags. There’s a million Starbucks in the world. I’m pretty sure I’ve been to others in the area where they either hired friendly employees or trained them properly. I won’t miss this place.

I popped in here the other day to grab a cup of decaf. They dripped it for me(yes!) and the staff was rather friendly and happy to accomodate my request rather then give me the junk that had been cooking in their pot for god knows how long. I’ve also stopped by this location for salted hot chocolate yumminess drinks during the holidays. they were fantastic. good mix of flavors and wasn’t too sticky or too watery.
