So, we just left this Subway. Eaten here maybe 30 times. The young sandwich artist was mopping the floors in the back. I donor know how long the person in front was there before us. She sat the mop down and put on the gloves without washing her hands. Of course touching the surfaces of the gloves to put them on… I’m yeah, no. Now eating at the one on Gravenstein HWY. clean and courteous.

Not that it even matters, but I had to send a negative Unilocal after my experience today. So if you go there for a sandwich and see **ily behind the counter, head to another Subway quick. I am only rating this a 2 because I like Subway and the sandwiches are generally consistent. However, today I was just floored. I ordered a foot long and I got 4 cucumber slices, 4 pickles, and she even sat there breaking the peppers and bell peppers into pieces and then put them on the sandwich? I had to literally beg for more cucumbers and peppers. Such a disappointment. I guess they are really watching their pennies, don’t care about tips, and are on some sort of rationing. Maybe someone forgot to place a supply order. I may be back, but not when she is working. Also, they had no trays and there was no paper towels in the bathroom.

Just moved down to cotati from Santa Rosa and have had nothing but horrible experiences with customer service especially in this shopping center. Seeing how subway is literally across the street from my new residence I found it very convenient to go there to grab a quick bite to eat. After returning for my third day in a row(Friday may30) I was first approached by Tara who has previously helped me and is totally sweet but on Friday as business started to pick up another employee(taliyah) or something similar,(once I asked for her name her attitude changed and wasn’t clear on telling me her name) came out to help. Anyways this girl must of been having a bad evening perhaps she was upset about having to work on a Friday, I don’t know but her customer service skills are non exist ant. I asked if my bread could be toasted a little longer and she started to tell me it had already been toasted, last time I checked I’m the customer and your making my food that I’m going to eat. If I wanted it toasted ten times it’s your job to do it. She also told me I didn’t ask for olives when I clearly did but even if I didn’t there’s a way to speak to guests.(That’s what we call customers who come into our places of business) her attitude sucks I will definitely be calling and speaking with manager mom morning. I’ve worked in customer service for years and would never speak to my guests in that tone with that attitude. Word of advice if you don’t like working with people maybe find a job where you don’t have to enter act with them!

I’ll keep this short. The food is good, but they hardly put ANY vegetables on the sandwiches! They literally only game me 4 slivers of olives. I always ask for more of everything, I mean why not? I’m paying for it. Plus the staff isn’t very friendly.

I love subway! This subway is right by my house so I go here all of the time. I can’t bring myself to give it more than three stars though because the people that work here are not very attentive to the customers. But it’s understandable they are all probably collage kids who hate there job. I never have a problem with the food its self, it’s always up to the average subway standards but watch out one woman who works here will only put about four olives on your six inch sub… I don’t go in when she is working.

Good Subway very nice and fast people working here.
You already know about the sandwiches but here’s something you don’t know; SVG forgot her cell phone there today. I try to call her, and the manager of the store answers the phone, tells me phone was lost there, where to find store etc etc. I say thanks, hang up and 5 minutes later cell phone company calls, says somebody called in lost phone, go pick it up at the store, etc., etc. Case solved, phone returned. Cool, huh? I ask; who among you would think that Subway sandwhich shop workers would go to the effort to return lost cell phone to owner? Before, I would have assumed that they are sullen teenagers who keep or pitch all lost and found items. But not any more. Now I believe. So should you. You should also reward them by going and buying a sandwich. But one that’s easy to make, becuase they’re busy doing other things like returning lost cell phones to rightful owners. Oh and buy a cookie too.
