Pandan waffles are delicious! I usually order two or three of them to take home to the in-laws. They just pop them in the toaster oven for a bit to reheat and they taste just as good as fresh… Maybe better because they come out as crispy as you want them to be. My go to drink is the passion fruit black tea with aloe vera and lychee jelly half sweet… I can drink those all day long! My girl likes the sesame smoothie. The place is nice and clean. Good choice in music… Plenty of parking. Get it.

I wasn’t sure about boba in Rohnert Park(and I’ve had a lot of boba in my lifetime), and I was glad I came in! Very clean space, simple menu, but it gets the job done. Definitely satisfies any craving for late night boba. The taro milk tea was creamy, and the grass jelly had good texture. Great atmosphere, and they even have a punch card =) The owners are also super nice and made me feel welcomed. Can’t wait to try all the flavors! ThirsTea is a must try! PS– it’s dairy free!

This place is good. The pandan waffles are really, really good, and I don’t even like coconut. The banh mi was tasty, though could use a little more daikon. Boba was really good, my kids loved it, though they commented that they were a lot softer than they were used to. One negative, the music is super loud, and not really appropriate for small kids. The outside tables front a busy street, so its not very relaxing to eat. I would take food to-go from here, but won’t be staying to eat again.

Very tiny place, but I’ve only been to grab and go, so not a problem. It’s never been crowded when I’ve gone in. I’ve noticed bubble tea places have been popping up all over in Sonoma County recently, especially Rohnert Park(maybe because of the school?). A little late to the game and although I wish they would have been around sooner, particularly when I was living in Cotati, I’m happy there are there now. Thirstea was pretty quick at preparing my drink and they add a generous amount of boba. I have tried the Taro milk tea and Thai Milk Tea(both slushes). They were delicious! I look forward to trying their food in the future, especially their shaved ice(not sure if they are serving it or not yet, last time I was there it a a «coming soon») as I haven’t found that stuff anywhere around this area and it’s so yummy and unique.

Drove to Tea Rex just down the street only to discover they were closed on Memorial day. Well, Unilocal said ThirsTe was just a block away(ish) so there we went. Plenty of benches and seating just outside so I could hang with my dog. Service was quick, friendly, and thorough. Expansive menu and they got all of our orders correct, which doesn’t always happen at Boba places. Tea was tastly, and just jubilant after our long hike. Not too sweet, which I really like. They also offer a wide variety of add-ins, like lychee, etc. And a few snack things, like egg puffs and waffles. I did not try any of them, so can’t speak to their taste. But I appreciate a place that offers variety. Will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

I first have to say that I am extremely picky picky picky with boba drinks. I like them strong, tasty, and flavorful. I cannot do dairy, and most boba places use a non dairy creamer by default. It was a fairly warm day, and I decided I was in the mood for Boba, and a different flavor than I normally get. I decided to try the honey dew flavor, as I wanted something refreshing on such a warm day. My fiancé decided to try the coffee one. The drink was VERY good. It wasn’t as thick in dairy creamer as the ones I get at Berkeley, but it was flavorful. The boba balls themselves were sweet and perfect to my taste. The only thing I would complain about is TOMUCHICE. Literally… more than half my drink was ice. So next time I will ask for not as much ice and see if that is better. The place is very small, but clean and very nice in décor. Simple, modern, and nice. The place was very crowded, which tipped me off right away that their drinks are very good. The bathroom was clean and fresh(bonus points for that because I don’t like dirty bathrooms). The wait was a bit long because there were so many people, but that was to be expected with the line that was there! I am thrilled that I can drive 15 minutes away and get a good boba drink! Definately will be returning to try the different flavors! Yay! New favorite place! I gave this place four stars because I liked everything about it, but for FIVE stars they would need excellent customer service. The girl at the counter was meh. She was nice enough, did her job, but I didn’t exactly feel a warm ray of sunshine from her. What can you expect from a college student working part time? LOL!

So yummy and clean! Boba is my favorite! I cannot wait until 11 today so I can go back for round two! I got he coconut milk tea, but she recommended he jasmine milk tea for next time sink could have caffeine They had so much to choose from and so many little Japanese inspired bites. It reminded me of the store ‘Sanrio Surprise.’

Very much a hole in the wall. My best friends and I came here after we went to plant nite. When we walked in, the game was on which was cool. It was clean, small, and inviting on the inside. Not much on the wall as it looks like they might have just opened? Not sure though since I’m not from the area. I ordered the coconut milk tea with boba and I do have to say it was a bit watered down. The tapioca itself was good though. Definitely affordable and they offer two different sizes(regular and large). If I’m in the area again, I’d most likely come back and try something else just to give it another chance.

Finally a greasy boba place near me! A new very cute spot with good tea and boba is not too chewy. Milk tea was not too sweet and I could still taste the actual tea which is what I like. The pandas waffle is a little flimsy with the batter but still good. Mother and daughter were so sweet and nice and on a rainy day they didn’t make the wait silent and boring.

The place was hard to find kinda tucked in next to the Baskin-Robbin ice cream shop across Safeway. For added visibility may I suggest to have a banner or a flag perhaps? They have very nice music for added entertainment. Clean and modern interior. The place is small yet cozy, there is no wall divider in the kitchen it has an illusion of bigger space — seeing the kitchen in action is a plus. Neighboring Tea Rex is too confining with their wall divider in the kitchen. Service is warm and friendly. For this first visit ordered the tea drinks. small is 2.95 large 3.95. The other board has specialized flavors up to 5.95. For regular milk tea, added toppings 50 cents per, options are tapioca, grass jelly and other fruit flavored ones. To customize for a blended drink or smoothie, need to add another dollar, Snacks like banh mi and waffles with Asian flavor are available too. I would definitely come back for my boba fixes.

I hate that this place smells so good when I walk in. My butt and thighs are screaming for mercy while my mind and taste buds are telling me to enjoy the egg puffs and pandan waffles because I can just do extra squats when I workout. I like this place, and it really has the potential to grow. The sweetness in the drinks are adjustable, and they’re generous with their boba portions. My biggest qualm is a possible deterrent for any future visits if it doesn’t improve, which I hope they do. The flavors of some drinks are just not quite there… yet. I hope they’re still tweaking with the recipes and working on improving the flavors. Jasmine green milk tea is my default go-to drink. ThirsTea’s jasmine has an odd slight pink color to it. There’s no hint of jasmine or green tea at all, and it doesn’t taste like milk either. I don’t know what in the hell I’m drinking because it definitely isn’t jasmine milk tea. My favorite drink so far is the coffee milk tea, which I’m happy to report *does* taste like coffee. A quick run-down of the other flavors we’ve tried: — Peach green tea is good but too sweet at regular sweetness, so we always order it at 50% or 0% sweetness. — The oolong milk tea has a very slight hint of oolong. Otherwise, it’s like the jasmine milk: I don’t quite know what I’m drinking. — Strawberry smoothie is probably not made with fresh strawberries, as it has a very artificial taste. — The honeydew has a chalky after taste. — The avocado milk tea was just disgusting. Egg puffs are absolutely yummy, as long as they’re not overcooked. I love when they’re soft and chewy on the inside. Pandan waffles are yummy, too. As of late January 2016, their shaved snow offerings are not ready, but I’m looking forward to trying their mango and taro concoctions! The place is a work in progress, and I’m rooting for them.

AYYEEE this place is fire. Banh mi was on point. The price was on point. The milk tea on point. Honest opinion is the boba is aight but they just opened so they’re not perfect so be open minded when trying this place. Don’t listen to any bad comments they are haters. Not calling names but this one comment is complaining that they don’t compare to the original place in San Jose when they aren’t even trying to compare themselves. Get this this person with the hatin ass comment rated Starbucks 4 stars and T. rex five stars. BRUH Starbucks a billion dollar company got a lower rating then T. rex. HA don’t play yourself. Anyways stop by when you get the chance and enjoy the bombness they have to offer and if you don’t like it then let them know so they fix it for you. Thirstea squad for life.

Customer services was better, but it seemed like the guy was flirting with me more than trying to help me. He kept asking about my personal life. I tried the honeydew milk tea it tasted so artificial and sweet, gross. My friend got the taro drink, it didn’t even taste like taro! It tasted like grape. The egg puff was gooey it could have been cooked longer, but it’s ok/medicore. I also tried the panden waffle it tasted like chewy cardboard. I was so disappointed. Giving this place a second shot didn’t work at for me. Sorry, I won’t be returning.

Finally a legit Boba spot in the northbay!(move over Tea-rex, you’ve got competition!) My sisters and I stumbled upon this place by word of mouth and OMG thank god we did because it is really tasty! The milk teas are delicious, the prices are fair, and the food menu is amazing! You can tell they tested out the flavors to perfection because in comparison to many other boba places, thirstea hits the spot! What to order: Roasted Oolong Milk Tea Black Milk Tea Pandan Waffle(too die for! and with coconut chunks!) Banh Mi(delicious and huge portions!) All in all, I would highly recommend coming here for your boba fix! The owners are really nice and the décor is super cute! One last thing, I hope they expand their selections of milk tea flavors to strawberry, lychee, peach, and mango :-) because I like them fruity! :-)

So glad this place opened up! It’s adding much needed diversity to Rohnert Park and it’s right next to the gym for a post workout treat. The staff were very friendly and my order came out quickly. My almond milk tea and my wife’s pandan waffle hit the spot! The tasting samples were also very delicious and I’m going to have to try the black passion tea when we come back!

Pandan waffles are the bomb here! I’m from SoCal so I usually have to wait once a year to get my beloved waffles at the Tet festival but here they are at Thirstea! Bless your souls! And the waffle was amazing. Crispy on the outside with soft, yummy inside with coconut bits. Delicious! I also sampled the coffee and black passion tea. Both were yummy. The passion tea was my favorite. I’ll have to get a full size of that next time! Customer service was wonderful! My husband and I met the owner and staff. Very nice people! The décor was cute and clean. I loved the vibe. I’m so glad this place opened up. I can’t wait to try the other items on the menu: shaved snow, coffee, iced tea, egg puffs, bahn mi, and pandan waffles with NUTELLA!
