At first I was really excited to find a nice, clean laundromat next to my house. The attendant who works nights is really sweet and polite. I’m leaving town the next day & was stoked I got in at 8:30 to get all my clothes in by the last wash(9 pm). I loaded up 5 washers, soaped them & went to get quarters… by this time it’s about 10 minutes till 9, I had to run back to the change machine & get more quarters. I got half of them started but then the remaining machines said abruptly switched to OFF. I asked the attendant if they were broken & she said they shut off at 9… but it was only 8:53 according to the clock on the wall. She apologized & said their clock was«slow.» Wow! I was beyond frustrated. Why would you set a clock on the wall 5 minutes slow if your machines shut off automatically!? She then said that sometimes the machines shut off a couple minutes early. So when I actually thought I still had almost 10 minutes, half my clothes were washing, the other half I had to take out and stuff back into my bags. I would have to come back… but I am supposed to leave town on an airplane in the morning. All my chef coats that I would need for my new job, What am I going to do? I could have started them first had I known…(I saw later there is a sign posted, machines will not start after 9) it’s my second time here. How discourteous of the establishment to not hold up their end of the deal. If the machines shut off at 9, fine. But any earlier is absurd and at least set the wall clock correctly. Or even give your customers 8 minutes grace rather than the other way around. So now I’m sitting here waiting for half my clothes to wash, since I had already started them, I don’t even have the option of going to another place that’s open later.

Okay, I know it’s just a laundromat, but it’s clean, large and has multiple ways to pay for your laundry(change machine for bills; put it on a card tab). Music isn’t some staticky, drone, but discernible music.

This is a nice clean place to do laundry. It is in a small strip mall with Cotija’s, SuperBurger, China Garden and Marvins right there. Very nice lady behind the counter. In/out and no fuss.

This place is amazing! It’s always kept super clean. There are plenty of washers & dryers. I’ve never had an issue with getting a machine. They have huge washers that have the capacity of 6 loads in one. The dryers are huge too. Plenty of folding table space. A nice hand washing station. Free wifi; perfect for students who need to get homework done. Lounge chairs & magazines to make you feel like you’re at home. They also sell snacks & drinks & they even have a play area for kids. There is always an employee here which is great in case you have any issues or questions. They take credit/debit cards and they have a change machine. Also has a restroom. There are plenty of food places nearby as well. I always have lunch or dinner while I do my laundry! Best laundromat EVER!!!

This place is wonderful. It’s super clean, I feel really comfortable here, and they have great equipment. I have a lot of laundry and they have a couple of the giant washers that can do multiple loads at once. They also have lots of folding space and offer wash and fold services. This is definitely my new, and permanent, laundry spot!

The place was pretty clean. Definitely more expensive than the one dollar sign suggested here. I’d give it $$-$$$ more accurately. It cost $ 10.25 to wash and dry my queen size comforter. I put my delicates in one of the small washers and while the cycle was good and their machines are efficient, my clothes came out covered in dark thick dog hair. There was a lot of other human hair stuck on the rest of my clothes from another machine. I guess that’s a risk you run using a public laundromat, but it’d be nice if they had a way of cleaning that out of the machines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cycles are so fast(about 20−25min) I didn’t even have time to use their wifi really.

I am on vacation and need to do some laundry. We normally do laundry at Somerville area laundromats. This is by far the cleanest and best laundromat I have ever been to. All the washers and dryers are new and clean. The owner is nice. The price for a machine is great. I would go hear all the time if I lived around here.

Cleanest laundromat on the planet. I’ve been here twice now and both times the attendant has been cleaning the whole time. And it shows. The machines are new, quiet and clean. Chairs look a more comfortable then they actually are. Still beat laundromat chairs I’ve ever seen.

Clean, comfortable, new. This is the nicest laundromat I have ever been to. You pay a little more for the washes, but the dryers are the same as every other dive I have had the displeasure of washing my clothes in. Free wi-fi. Friendly staff. Kids play area. Really like the atmosphere here. I would definatly come back if I am in the area.

Went camping and had a large tent and comforter that needed a good cleaning that our home washer couldn’t handle. I was really impressed with how clean and well maintained this place is. A lot of laundromats in the area look run down and have a seedy feel to them but this is a pleasant exception. I would feel safe doing laundry here at night which isn’t something I can say about many of the other options in the RP/Cotati area. I like that all the machines are new and energy efficient and depending on how soiled your clothes are the price to run the machine is different. There are comfy lounge chairs to sit in, tons of magazines(good ones not a 1987 issue of Fish and Game) and a play train set for the kids to play with. I’ll be back anytime our home washer isn’t up to the task!

Super clean and nice seating area to wait. Clean, new washer and dryers. New laminate flooring, pleather chairs to sit in and lots of good reading material. Children’s toy area and lots of garages and carts available. Washers are different a prices and all sizes. If you want just a cold wash it’s less. Will be coming here from now on!

I have found the North Bay to be quite lacking in decent laundromat services. The washers rarely get my clothes clean or the venues feel dirty and badly managed. Wifi wash is the exception to this rule. I discovered this place a few months ago and have had very positive experiences since. The owner is often there and very attentive and helpful. He welcomes feedback and is on top of any machine malfunctions that occur. I like that the washers charge different prices for different services. If you just need a cold cycle normal wash you pay less than if you have some heavy stains to get out. The dryers are pretty hot and I find that it doesn’t take more than 25 – 30 mins for my clothes to be ready to fold. There are magazines available in the nice seating area while you wait too, in case you forgot a book. Best place to get the chore of laundry done, highly recommend.
