I recently noticed this place and have been twice in two weeks. There is a huge menu of flavors, toppings and extras as well as other drinks. There are a handful of sugar free (Splenda) flavors but my diabetic husband wasn’t thrilled about either of the sugar free flavors he tried. It is important to add that these are shaved ices, and not snow cones. Shaved ice is exactly that; it has a silky texture. A snow cone is made from crushed ice and is granular and crunchy.

I tried this place for the first time last year. The snow cone flavors are the best I’ve every had! My snow cone was massive, even for a medium, and it was hard to finish.
I came back the other night and ordered the spider man (my fave!). I’m not sure who the guys were that were working, but they were awful. There was hardly any top to my snow cone, and what was in the cup was very lightly packed, so I basically got juice with a little bit of ice. I was really disappointed. I paid almost $ 3 for ice and juice, so I would expect a little bit more than what I received. Ice is super cheap — when you make the cone, pack it in tight!
I still love this place, and I’ll definitely be going back. That might be something you should work on with your employees. Give the customer what they pay for.
