Infinite Cycles

*This is specifically for a Mountain Bike purchase*
Since this is right around the corner from my humble abode, I stopped in here to gain some knowledge on an idea I had for a Christmas present. The staff was so helpful in explaining the difference of bikes they sell, terrain each bike is better for, size of the tires & their benefits/​downsides, and so much other information that I felt I had a solid foundation to begin the hunt. The one thing that stood out to me here that I didn’t get from the other (local) bike shops that were part of my purchasing hunts and why I ultimately purchased a mountain bike from here is the Lifetime Tune Up’s. These bad boys will maintain that expensive piece of equipment for one of the many hobbies our household has, and makes you feel that they stand by their products along with the support from their staff to help keep it in tip top shape. Another awesome customer service moment for me was I found the perfect bike, Xlarge Matte Black Cannondale bike that was everything I wanted & more for a solid price being it was last years so it was on clearance. Because it’s such a large bike, they held it in the shop for me for over a month until I could pick it up! I would definitely come here again for my future purchases!

I’ve only done online transactions with this shop and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them on many occasions. They were knowledgable about my bike when everyone else acted like they knew but lead me far from what I needed. I had major questions on a bike build I was doing that I was running into false info on left and right when I asked these guys and without hesitation they knew the answer. I’ll continue to business with these guys the left a great impression with me and hooked me up with some stickers too lol

I went here one day to get an inter tube for my stroller. The shop was completely empty except for the three employees.
Hey if you see a lady with her baby in one hand a stroller in the other and you have nothing better to do than stare at her struggling to open the door for a couple of minute you have some serious common sense problems.
Anyway, I brushed off that rudeness only to be greeted with even more uppity attitudes. I couldn’t get anyone to help me find the right tire. Maybe they were too busy doing nothing. Or maybe they are just too good to help out with a stroller.
I won’t be back. Very disappointing, especially because this bike shop is in my neighborhood and I often need something for the many bikes we have in our household. I just can’t get over how disrespectful and rude they were. I’ve held off on reviewing this shop, but I am still bothered by my experience.
