Nice facility and not nearly as busy at Fort Union. It is smaller with less beds, but since it’s not as busy, I started coming here more because I can get in and out faster than at Fort Union. The staff is friendly, and they don’t make clients feel pressured to upgrade or buy products; which in turn, makes me more likely to buy what they are pitching (like I did today with buying an upgrade on my bed for the remainder of the year.

Do not go here & do not get scammed with the low promo silver bed package price for new customers. The whole point of a promo is to expand your customer base & when the quality of the beds is beyond poor you don’t go back! Twice I was put in a bed w/​burnt out bulbs! When I requested a different bed I was put in #8 a death trap with faulty wiring & broken hinges!!!

Clean facility. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about a plan to get my white self tanned for Mexico. I burn super easy and they provided me with great lotions and the perfect times in the beds so I never burned.

I am happy to report this situation has been fixed. I am greatful for customer care and another manager that has made sure that I am comfortable while in their establishment and that I am given correct information. Thank you so much :)

It is in the middle of taking over the building so there is spackle everywhere and no mirrors, And not very clean, but that I can understand is necessary when redecorating and cleaning up whatever they need to, in order to obviously make their state-​of-​the-​art beds fit in these rooms.
Customer services is outstanding, whoever was helping me was amazing & very kind & explained everything well!
Once everything is remodeled and put in its place and mirrors hung up etc. it is an amazing location and the girls that helped me were great nothing like the disrespectful girls that were down at the location in Fort Union further west from here.
Thursdays I can bring friends to tan with me! Which is a lot of fun of course! I most definitely will edit to 5 stars once everything is clean and practical and organized!
Oh one thing that most places haven done away with is the 24 hour tanning rule so is to get off schedule and can’t go tan one day until late that means you’re going to have to either skip a day or get on a late schedule, I think it’s kind of a pain other turning salons don’t do it, it would be nice to see this change too!
