Cream Café is closed pending a takeover and remodel by the Haunted Group which owns and operates Nic’s, The Tavern and Bocci. Looking forward to the new and improved version.

This place is good, nice atmosphere, good food. GREAT lattes! Great scones! The food can be a little bland sometimes, but I think the quality is excellent, just add a little salt.

Came into town and stopped at this cute little place for breakfast with my girl friends. It was clean, the staff was pleasant, the coffee was to die for, and the food was amazing!!! I would highly recommend this place for breakfast. Sit outside when the weather is nice and listen to the birds chirping.

ME: Chilaquiles, a 12 oz latte in the wide cup. WIFE: One of the variations of the english muffin sandwiches, 12 oz Frida mocha. Result: Happiness and smiles! It was a wonderful drizzly morning at about 10am in Cottonwood, and Crema Café really hit the spot after a loooong night of fun and drinking at «Clarktoberfest». Courtyard seating looked very cozy and easy on the eyes, although we opted to sit inside because of the drizzling rain. Our server was cordial and had a nice touch. The coffee they use(firecreek) is outstanding! They have a cute little walk-up window for those who need a quick cup of joe, expertly prepared.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the wait staff was very friendly. This place was just, okay, nothing spectacular! The breakfasts were small portions and didn’t have much flavor. They are very proud of their steamed scrambled eggs but the were just bland with a strange texture. They had a «special menu» for the weekend we were in Cottonwood, «special» means they raised the prices because of the special event going on, not too cool. We won’t be going back here!

Dog friendly patio which is what we were looking for, and the breakfast sandwiches were phenomenal. There are tons of flies everywhere however, which got irritating. But the food is delicious and the service was great.

Dog Friendly was a good feature, but way too many flies on patio despite bug candles Mayan Mocha — not sure what makes it Mayan(maybe chocolate) but refreshing Make your own Breakfast Burrito — lots of choices, but let’s focus on that red chile bacon that i selected. It had a small kick after the first bite and you knew it was there, but lost it’s power either due to not enough bacon or something. Chicken salad was rather pedestrian, maybe add bacon. Actually, if you add that bacon to anything on this menu, it is bound to be better. They do serve breakfast all day which is a bonus. This meal had it’s moment and it was a good breakfast burrito except the potatoes were shredded, not cubed, which does not always make for the best bites. No water for dogs. boooo

My family and I were staying at the Tavern Hotel(which includes dining vouchers for Crema Café or the Red Rooster Café) but our glitch was that we had to be on the road for kayaking by 7:15 a.m. Since only Crema opens at 7 a.m., I called the day before to place our order, crossing our fingers that they could make our breakfast burritos in such a short window of time. I believe that I dealt with the owner/manager, Kelly? She could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I was able to place an order for four customized breakfast burritos, with her assurances that everything would be ready when we arrived at 7 a.m. You can imagine how pleased I was to walk in and have everything ready to go, as well as some complimentary samples of some of their other items. The burritos were very tasty, but I really appreciated Kelly going above and beyond what she needed to do. Thank you!

Food was good but our waitress was horrible! The restaurant staff refilling our coffee was fabulous and I think they felt sorry for the bad service we were getting from our waitress. The service makes all the difference and I will not be returning.

We would have loved to have tried this place. The menu looked great, we were excited about the coffee selection… but after 30 minutes without even being acknowledged in a restaurant with only 3 tables full, we decided to leave. We totally understand if you’re busy, but acknowledging guests should be priority number one. Both our table and another one left without trying anything. Unfortunate.

We came here for breakfast on our second day in town and it was not bad. It was a rainy weekend and so we decided to sit inside and from where I was I had a view of the whole place(it is pretty small) and my biggest suggestion is that they need to hire more people. There was only one guy running around all over the place taking orders, serving food, and bussing. One other woman behind the coffee bar prepared the drinks for all the patrons in the restaurant, sitting in the courtyard and ordering to go from the walk up window. Needless to say the service was pretty slow(though friendly). We both liked our food, though. I ordered the oatmeal which was very hearty. My husband got the chilaquiles which were tasty although not authentic(it was basically eggs on top of not-fried corn tortillas with some salsa on the side). I probably would recommend this place for a cappuccino and a scone but not for a sit down breakfast unless you have a lot of time. I will say the food was head and shoulders above Red Rooster though.

I think this will become my new favorite breakfast place. Just went there and LOVEDIT. Fresh, delicious food, excellent services and cute little place. I had the«steamed eggs». Looked like scrambled and were very good. Also had bacon, fresh fruit and toast. The jam was organic and home made and it was very yummy! Price was right too. All in all a very good experience and will go back.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice breakfast to grab on our way to Sedona and came across this café on TripAdvisor. Upon arrival(0915) we found a cozy café with a nice espresso bar nestled in the corner. We ordered an Americano and a «Bloody Good Mary» to share. When the drinks arrived(0930) our server took our orders: two custom breakfast burritos which seemed to be the cornerstone of their menu. Our food arrived… at 1025. An hour and ten minutes after sitting down. Had we not been trying to kill time, this would have been a bigger deal for me. All of that suspense, and the burritos were… subpar. The carnitas were at least 40% fat which isn’t exactly appetizing. In summary: Pros: nice setting, amazing drinks(both alcoholic and non), nice staff Cons: terrible service(timing), average food at best Would not recommend

I’ve never heard of an Affogatto but it’s time for the world to know. It’s two shots of espresso pulled over a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. That with a fantastic banana walnut scone made my morning. I have also had the Turkish Latte which is a divine latte with cardamom and probably some other spices in there to give a distinctive flavor. The staff is friendly and awesome as well. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

Drop everything & have the chilaquiles! I had the green chiles, Chris had the red chiles, both of us barely finished the generous portions. The staff was polite, friendly, efficient & helpful. Makes for a great dining experience. Also had the Turkish Latte. Pretty delish as well! I’m sure it was sugar-free & fat-free… Not. Worth every calorie.

3.5 stars. After walking down Main Street looking for a breakfast stop, we came across Crema. Funny thing was that when we exited our hotel, had we looked to our left, we would have seen our hotel was literally next door to Orion Bread Co. Idiots. But Crema was just fine. It’s a very small café serving breakfast and lunch. There’s an espresso bar, and they serve alcoholic beverages as well. My husband had a breakfast burrito that looked great, and it appeared to have quite a nice tortilla, not a «wrap» which is code for a soft piece of cardboard that would be inedible were it not stuffed with 32 oz of something else. I was jealous. In a moment of what I can only believe is insanity, I ordered a lighter breakfast of a croissant and greek yogurt. The croissant was buttery and flaky, and delicious. My OJ was fresh squeezed. The yogurt, served with granola, came with either fresh fruit or dried fruit. I went with fresh fruit envisioning sweet berries, or at least a medley of winter fruits. Nope. Apple slices. Only apple slices. Not even chopped apple I could have in the yogurt. What am I supposed to do with slices? Dip them. Spread yogurt on them? Complete Fail. They couldn’t come up with anything more creative than that? I used the cherry jam served with the croissant to sweeten the yogurt. I can only be glad I didn’t order dried fruit, as that probably would have been a handful of raisins. But overall, I did enjoy Crema and will now exit Unilocal to prepare myself a breakfast of greek yogurt with a blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries topped with crunchy fruit and nut granola. Someone should take notes.
