My first morning here, at Mountain View Villa Apartments… was initiated by a Mucous Festival… a neighbor coughing up mucous!!! After that… more noise pollution!!! Bedroom sits on the walkway… the way it was built… noise pollution… unfortunately…you hear your neighbors… having sex, their loud tvs, their conversations… cars starting in the morning…
Staff is great, laundry facility good, small gym (nice)…over, not bad… but,…if you want want quiet, do NOT MOVE HERE!!! Also, they RAISE THE RENT… AZ has not statute to resolve this issue… we need to take a stand here, people. It’s Bull… SHEEET!!!

I’ve lived in my fair share of apartments. MVVA by far had the friendliest staff and crew. The CARES team is amazing. I’ve never lived in a place where sooooo much wad going on ALL THE TIME. I’d definitely recommend MVVA to those looking for an apartment home. Everyone knows everyone and it’s more of a community inside a community…

Beware, this complex is always raising it’s rates, Every year the rent goes up and not by a little? They are always making noise fixing that place up. Great staff and Maintenance. This place charges so much and yet they only have swamp coolers. It doesn’t matter if you have a studio 1 or 2 bedroom apartment there all the same size swamps coolers. They are constantly upgrading this property while you are living there, and then they raise the rent for the inconvenience they have caused you all year long? In a town that for the most part makes a little above minimum wage, they certainly have there hands in your pockets. lets not forget that you have to pay property tax on top of your rent. you pay for garbage, water, so your rent is never the same for two months in a row For the money, you do better in Sedona, I moved back.
