I really like shopping here very helpfull the man who works in mill@ cabnet area sorry i forgot his name he is in a wheelchair really is a nice guy and very helpfull ! Everyone i have spoken to is very helpfull keep up the good job!

Dealing with their Services Desk was disorganized Chaos. I was went in to HD to purchase a hot water heater for later pick up. The level of dysfunction at the services desk was incredible. There is one young man working there who seemed to have a firm grasp on the system. Other employees seemed absolutely clueless and were constantly interrupting him with questions and issues making his ability to do his job extremely difficult. Bottom line in that between these multiple interruptions, telephone calls etc. it took over 25 minutes for my time in line and the completion of my transaction (I could have done it on the internet in 2 minutes). This is not the first issue I have had in this Home Depot. I called and spoke to a manager about my experience, he seemed more concerned that I did not stay and talk to him at the time than the event I was reporting (like I really wanted to waste more time with such a Cluster F — !) Bottom line: Don’t waste your time, this establishment has serious management & employee issues…

This the worst run Home Depot, I have been waiting for six weeks to get a quote on slab doors, it seems they keep giving me excuses and when I made an appointment the guy wasn’t working that day, so another guy took over and still one week later no email with quotes. The paint department is just the same and also the blind department and the plant department too bad!!!

I am anxiously awaiting the completion of my kitchen remodel and refund for the services their contractor did not, or could not do. I’m on week 13 of a 3 – 4 week job. Finally just cut ties with THD’s hired help «contractors’ and got licensed contractors to correct their work and finish the job.

Seems there are either TOO many employees asking if you need help… or, you can’t find anybody to help! Not a lot of selection. I’d rather drive to Lowe’s in Prescott.

Not a fan of HD, in CA or AZ, what ever you are looking for, you wil be better off looking for it your self.
