So, my mom & dad just moved to Cottonwood & this will be our first Christmas apart. Sad, right?! Anyway~ I ordered a beautiful Christmas arrangement online to be delivered today. Yay it arrived on time! Boo it is the saddest piece of crap bouquet I have ever seen! I’m so embarrassed! I emailed the florist & will follow up with a phone call tomorrow. If Verde Floral corrects this problem, I will be happy to change my rating.
UPDATED REVIEW***Theresa, the shop manager, just got in touch with me & agreed that the bouquet I ordered was not up to their standards. She refunded my money. I changed my rating, because someone actually cared enough to get back to me & fix the problem.

I like supporting local small business, in this case I will NEVER go back. I went in and was waited on by an older lady that was very rude. I asked about arrangements that I could buy and was show only one and told that’s all they have. I ask if they could make me one while I waited and was told no I should have called instead of walking in. I never heard of a floral shop that does not like people to walk in and buy flowers. I looked at the prices and could not believe how expensive they were, 3 to 4 times the prices i expected to pay. I see no reason to try an support a small business when they are taking advantage of customers and rude about it at the same time.
