Stopped in to get info on local mtb trails and got the best assistance than any of the three other places I checked in with. Helpful and only wished that they had some logo gear to buy so I could show my appreciation.

Went in the Zoomers to find a pump and a couple accessories for my new bike. Instead of a new pump they helped me find adapters for the pump I have now. He rung me up quick even there were other customers ringing multiple transactions, he squeezed me and threw in some caps for the valves. Thanks for being here so I don’t have to go to walmart.

Stopped in for a quick repair and Evan took great care with my bike and also provided some helpful tips and tricks for repairing/maintaining my bike so it will perform at its best. The pricing for the parts was very affordable and the staff were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a great local bike shop!

FYI to every one who rides or has kids that ride bikes. Zoomers Bikes & Gear rips people exspecially kids off!!! They don’t back up their products. They say they know about BMX when in reality know nothing about them. They will sell and charge you for products that don’t work on your bike, then charge you again to fix it when they don’t do anything but make it worse. When asking for a refund I was told I couldn’t prove it was due to thier parts cause the bike had be riden. When in actuality no it had not because the parts were wrong and couldn’t be riden safely. I will be posting this on every web site I can so no one else will have to go through this!!! We live in a small town and shouldn’t be ripping people off or putting people in danger with improper parts.
