Bomgaar’s

I’ve been to Bomgaar’s many times to find those odd, or hard to find, lawn care items. I also come here for their fertilizer selection as I think they have one of the best selections in town.
My most recent visit was a couple days ago when I went in to buy a Stihl Gas Trimmer, which I’ve wanted for quite some time. This Bomgaar’s is one of a few authorized Stihl dealers in Council Bluffs. I go in and ask one of the associates if I can take one off of the shelf to get a ‘feel’ for it and he goes and gets another employee, who was older and didn’t seem like he liked his job that much; he didn’t greet me, smile, or acted like he really cared. the only good thing that came out of dealing with the older gentlemen, was that he mentioned that if I bought 6 containers of the Stihl ultra oil for the trimmer, it doubles my warranty, which is amazing. When he was entering my trimmer into the system, I double checked to see if that was accurate and it was.
He assisted me to the register, I rang up, and left. That is one thing that is consistent about this Bomgaar’s, the customer service isn’t the best. But their selection of everything for your outdoor needs keeps me coming back.
