The hotel is quite new. I found it to be clean and quiet even with a full house. Breakfast is complimentary with both hot and cold options. As an additional bonus the Horseshoe Casino is walking distance.

Very basic accommodations, but gets the job done. Close to Omaha(and the CWS, my destination) as well as the highway. Room was clean, everything worked, staff was polite.

Outstanding value. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Hot free breakfast. Business center with easy to use computers. Fitness center left a bit to be desired(no free weights). Highly recommended.

Took almost ten minutes to be greeted at the front desk, granted it was almost 11p. This always seems longer after a ten hour drive. The night staff at the front desk had the personality of a rock. No smile no nothing. Initial impressions of the room is what to be expected from a Holiday Inn Express. Clean nice room. There is an odd smell that I just couldn’t get past. I’m just glad we are here for just one night. Just here to sleep should work just fine.

WARNING: DONOTGIVETHESEPEOPLEYOURBUSINESSOROTHERWISEYOUWILLREGRETIT. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life. If they mess up your reservation like they did ours… you are screwed. Nothing you can do about it. Everybody down to the manager has attitude. The funny thing is, is that oddly enough we were NEVER rude to them. Guess we were the bigger people in the situation.

Staying in a chain hotel in my opinion is the best way to go. I just roadtripped from the east coast to the west coast so I’ve had quite some experiences with hotels and motels. Holiday inns are good but Holiday expresses are fantastic! The express seems to always have a nice workspace for those business trips where you need to get work done but want to be in the comfort of your room, not the lobby or coffeeshop. They’re perfect for the family trips with the teens who need to be on Facebook checking to see how much their friends have missed them in the past 24 hours. Then the bathroom layout is split with the shower and toilet separated from the mirrors and sink. This will save the parents in the morning when all they want is to shower while their teen spends an hour hogging the mirror. Aside from the convenience of the rooms, the hotel staff has been very helpful and I’m proud to have enrolled in their perks program because from now on if I stay anywhere I’ll be aiming for the Holiday Inn Express.
