WE have a problem. When I wrote this review, Hy-​Vee Supermarklet and Hy-​Vee Gas (convenience store) had separate listings in Unilocal. CORRECTLY SO
My review belongs to Hy-​Vee Gas.
When Unilocal did a review of my Hy-​Vee GAS business classification edit to include Convenience Store, they lumped both listings into one together which is NOT CORRECT.
Other parts of the metro area correctly have them separately listed in Unilocal.
PLEASE KNOW MY REVIEW BELONGS TO Hy-​Vee GAS — the convenience store. Nothing that I reviewed has anything to do with Hy-​Vee the Supermarket which I have never set foot in.
This is the convenience store version in the same parking lot as the Hy-​Vee Supermarket.
I can only remark on the automated gas pump offered. If you have earned some discount cents off the regular price of gas, just insert and pull out your Hy-​Vee Fuel Saver card after inserting your credit card and the credit card has been approved. If you prefer to pay inside, they can do so and run your discount card to apply the earned discount also.
I used a DiscoverCard as there is a 5% Cash Back offered for the first calendar quarter of 2016. The problem that I ran into is convenience stores affiliated with supermarkets do not get that bonus. I found that out the hard way.
What I do like about this chain of stores is the option to purchase gas for your car without polluting my gas with Ethanol. It costs a bit more. If you want the Ethanol blends of gasoline, it is available and cheaper too. Both have a rating of 87.

This place has cheaper unleaded plus which is odd to me because where I come from unleaded is always the cheapest! So if you’re looking for unleaded plus, this is the place is for you!

The staff in the spirits section is second to none. They knew exactly where their products were and relayed every bit of information with a smile!

Spectacular! Is the only word that really justifies how great of a job the young lady in the floral department did today! I called last minute from San Diego to have a flower arrangement made for a friends baby shower she had an hours deadline and made the most absolutely beautiful arrangement ! They made it to the shower on time for a beautiful touch! Thank you so so much what a great job!

HyVee is just another store that has goods and wares that one finds themselves needing from time to time.
The reason for me coming to this particular location is the beer selection. Sure, I have Beertopia in Blackstone, but this HyVee has certain items that don’t get distributed in Omaha. Exile Brewing, CIB (Chefs In Black), Shafly, Surly Bros… etc.
I like my choices in Omaha and a short drive over the river nearly doubles my odds at finding what I thirst for.
This location is also on the side before the first red light camera so that is a plus that I do not have to pass it

Hyvee stands out to me in comparison to other grocery chains of stores here in town. The staff is always eager to help, and I’ve had some really exceptional service from these folks. The produce is typically always great, and they will have all your needs for making a meal at home.
They also have dine in options for the hot food, which I have never done. Deli, Bakery, Meat/​seafood, Pharmacy, Liquor store, Organic/​health dedicated sections, and Garden round out this location to be on point. They also have a Caribou Coffee and a Gas Station at this location that you can redeem your gas points at. The next closest one is 50^th and center or 78^th and Cass, so this Hyvee serves not only the CB population but also those of us in Omaha that live downtown.

This is my favorite grocery store in the area. Very clean and fresh. Produce and meat dept are very good. The salad bar is awesome. They are high priced though, you do pay for the environment. All the staff is very friendly and it sure has made Broadway look a lot nicer.

my family and I have been shopping here for years. We have never had a bad experience. Great group!

Once again another solid grocery store… seems HyVee is the place to go for a good shopping experience… I like the one out west just a smidge more, but this one is certainly a quality destination… people were very friendly, especially the lady working the hot foods counter… found everything I wanted and got out fairly quickly… if I’m with someone and they choose to come here, I wouldn’t complain… now if only other grocery stores could step up their game…

Hy-​Vee is great. Even though their prices are a tad high on some of their items, their ads usually has something good. I love their massive beer/​liqour selection.
The service is always top notch and everyone is always nice.
The deli is good and the pharmacy is also good.
I stop by this Hy-​Vee about once a week to grab something on my way home and I can ALWAYS find what I’m looking for, even the off the wall items, like Durkee sauce.

Check the ads and you can find some pretty good deals. Because it is a newer store, it’s very clean, organized, and always stocked.
I think you can rent the upstairs party room if you buy their food. It’s great for showers and parties.

My friend and I stopped here to pick up some snacks to enjoy while I was visiting her. It looks to be relatively new and is a really large store. We were able to find what we needed and check out quickly. All good points in my book.

I’m hoping this new Hy-​Vee will help out West Broadway and make it more than just fast food and car dealerships. Its a great, new store with a bright and fresh look. Unlike the first reviewer, the concrete floor isn’t a deterrent, as its probably easier than tile to clean and rarely stains when something is spilled on it. They have lots of options offered at this location. It was very busy for a Saturday morning around 11:30. If you’re in the area, this is your best bet.
