Customer service does what it can with peoples constant complaints, there is constantly some kind of sale or some stuff on clearance to balance out the otherwise high prices. Management will do what they can to appease customers.

Kmart is okay. they have been having some decent ‘surprise points’ deals lately, which is the sole reason my wife and i go to Kmart, otherwise their prices are outrageous and their selection isn’t that good, (besides the raspberry sticks that they sell. Kmart is the only place that I know of where I can get them. And they are always out of them.)
All in all, I only go to Kmart if I am looking for thathard to find tool/​item or if their sales are good.

I like K-​Mart, even though it seems like a dying breed of stores. This store in particular is always super desolate and I’ve never seem is too busy other than Black Friday.
I usually come here when I can’t find it anywhere else. I like their lawn and garden section and they have really good deals on makeup.

I would rate this store zero stars if I could. Customer service is rude, non existent, store return policies are ridiculous, selection of merchandise is sparse and way over priced. The employees at this location are not customer service oriented and truly see the customer as an inconvenience rather than the reason that the store is even still in existence. Your money and time would be better spent shopping elsewhere.
