Do not waste your time. Worst printing service I’ve ever used. I own a poster and photo business, and Office Max is the only print store in Council Bluffs. The employees don’t know how to run the printers, almost all of my pictures print poorly, and something goes wrong every time I’m there. Go to the Omaha store at 70th and Dodge. I will never waste another second at this place. Absolutely terrible.

I had copies sent HOURS in advanced online, which I have had done at other OfficeMaxs/​OfficeDepots. It had almost been 5 hours when they said it would only take an hour, and they hadn’t even made a single copy when I went into the store. Slow service with not enough people working. Won’t be making copies here ever again.

Went back to talk with manager to get refunded for double charging and had the same rude manager. Taking my business elsewhere. I’m only giving them a one star rating because it won’t let me leave review without it
