I love this place! They offer many options served with tofu for those who don’t eat meat. They have a huge menu and their prices aren’t too high. My favorite dishes include sweet and sour tofu, general tso’s tofu, veggie dumplings, and fried rice. The servings are always large and the waitstaff always nice. I go here all the time.

Best Chinese restaurant in Rhode Island. Amazing food at a reasonable price. They also have great drinks and very friendly service.

My favorite Chinese food restaurant! I used to live in Hope Valley and when I moved to coventry was sad to not have Dragon Palace closer. Was thrilled when they opened in Coventry which was in bad need of great Chinese food. They opened and love it. Great atmosphere, great bar area for a drink & bite, great food, great sushi and owner Is fantastic and always makes u feel welcome. My daughters also love it there and always crave their sushi. Update: Went again tonight and food was very good as always. Kim was our server and was awesome. She was beyond personable, accommodating and extremely friendly providing great service. Love the beef teriyaki and my daughter loves the spicy salmon roll(sushi).

In Rhode Island you have a lot of choices for food, do yourself a huge favor and do not make this one of them. I went there for my birthday dinner and got food cooked in rancid sesame oil(what chef in an ASIAN restaurant can’t tell the sesame oil is rancid?). I could barely get through a bite. The waitress never checked on our table other than to take our order and bring us food, we had to ask for the check. I told her my dish was rancid and she didn’t even offer to remove it from the bill. On my birthday, I left hungry, sick, and sad. You would get better food and friendlier service at Panda Express. I am emailing Unilocal because of this restaurant to suggest they include a zero star option.

I am very picky when it comes to Chinese restaurants and I’ve eaten here a few times. It wouldn’t be my first choice for Chinese food but their sushi is fantastic. The presentation on the plates is beautiful. The service is great and the food comes out fast.

I am so surprised at the negative reviews! I work in West Greenwich, so I sometimes go the back roads home to Warwick and pass Dragon Palace. A friend of mine lured me into trying it and I am so glad that I did! Portion size is HUGE and everything I have ordered(between my husband and myself) has been delicious. Chicken lo-mein, rice, chicken fingers, fries, beef teriyaki, and my favorite, Crab Rangoons! I am super picky with my Crab Rangoons and I would say that DP ranks in my top 3 choices for them! We’ve only experienced one flop. We were given the entire wrong order! And what stinks is we live 25 minutes away, so it was a pretty big inconvenience. Management was personable and rectified the issue immediately. Since then, we have returned. Nobody’s perfect!

I have ordered from this place a few dozen times. I must say that well sometimes it takes awhile to get take out. Also a dollar extra for pork fried rice instead of chicken fried rice with the combos is a little ridiculous. The food has always been great! The won ton soup is one of my favorites, and the boneless spare ribs are to die for. I would definitely recommend Dragon Palace to anyone who is looking for a great meal.

I ordered here one night because I was hungry and had limited options. I assure you it will be my last time I eat there. I was throwing up for almost two days. I wonder if because it was a slow night in there that the food was old. OMG. I dread leaving negative reviews, but I cannot allow this to fall by the wayside. Beware!

I won’t go to any other place for this type of food!!! I LOVE it! A shout out to the bar tenders too! Wonderful drinks. My personal favorite is the Thai Shrimp. Go and enjoy!

I love it here, so I dine here frequently! The Sushi and combo plates are great. Everything tastes fresh. I think the sweet dipping sauce they offer is delicious. The bartenders are friendly and welcoming.

I am highly dissatisfied with the ownership of this establishment. My food came out lousy and then the waitstaff didn’t listen to my needs. I then continued to speak to the owner who was very rude. The wait for the food was long and it was poor service. I don’t recommend this place at all. If you’re looking for a great Chinese place– this is NOT the place for it.

I’ve been to this place a couple of times now and I must say I’m not a huge fan. I thought maybe after the 4th time or 5th time it would get better. I was wrong about all of that. So we end up ordering the thai chicken, beef chow mein, and crab rangoon. The chicken was very dry and did not taste like chicken. It was not spicy at all and we ask. The crab rangon is very sweet and chow mein was oily with too much onion. I really want to give this place another try but I think after the last time this might be the last. Also there is many chinese restaurant around the area.

Cannot even go in the place. Under the Americans with disabilities act I asked them to remove the air freshener in the bathrooms as it is a barrier for my disability. The manager said he would not do me any favors.

This place was great! I went two days in a row! I had their sushi and a combination plate. The servings were plentiful, prices were very reasonable. You could tell the sushi was very fresh. Their boneless spareribs, beef teriyaki, and egg rolls were great! Only thing I didn’t really like was the brown gravy, but I’ve had worse. The interior is modern and inviting. Bathroom needed some TLC but it was a Saturday and they probably didn’t know some people without manners messed up the place. Upper management came around to ask everyone how their meals and service was. You can tell they have pride in their business. I’d definitely go back!

We go to Dragon Palace in Coventry all the time. The staff is super nice and helpful. They give you honest opinions about the various dishes, and always know what’s in them. The food is way above average. Each dish actually tastes different, and the sauces all taste different(ie black bean, garlic, hunan, etc). I would totally recommend it. This place is way above competition in the area. On a side note we haven’t eaten sushi here, only the chinese food. The only place I will eat sushi is Kon in East Greenwich.

Horrifying experience. Got the black Forrest role which tasted old and rotten, when I sent it back, the waitress as well as the rest of the staff ate the roll with their fingers in front of me and said we still had to pay for half of the role and could not exchange it for something different. I’m appalled and will never return.

The food here is delicious and the service is average. Went out with about 15 buddies to lunch, food came out fast and was very tasty, but the waitress screwed up our bills, I ended up getting the banana getting my check last. When I told the waitress she said,“well somebody has to pay, what do you expect with such a big party.” Really???

At many other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to, it’s pretty obvious the dining room was an afterthought for the few patrons who aren’t getting food to go or delivered. That is not the case at Dragon Palace, where the dining room was clearly intentional. Lighting was dim enough for privacy, but not so dim that flashlights were required to read the menu. The servers were also very friendly. But the most important thing about Dragon Palace: the speed! Our food was lightning quick! It’s almost as if they had some sort of Minority Report device going on in the kitchen to predict what we were going to order before we did so. Although this was my first time dining here, my wife has gotten take out numerous times and said it is always just as fast. We want for dinner and both got dinner combination plates. I ordered the General Tso’s chicken and it was very good. Large portion, served quick, hot, and delicious; there really isn’t much more you need to know!

I am probably one of the most picky eaters when it comes to asian cuisine. this is the only place in the area I will eat at, and i mean only. Food is average priced, you get a hefty portion for the price. The fried rice is delicious, dark flavorful and moist, unlike many other places around. Everything from the rice, chicken fingers, crab rangoon, duck sauce and scorpion bowls are superb. We have been here quite a few times and have yet to be disappointed. I was really bummed when Flare closed, but am quite happy with its replacement. A great addition to the area and I will be going nowhere else!
