She cut all the way up the back of my head.
It will take all winter to grow back the awful cut she gave me.

My husband and son have gone here a few times and the man working there is not very good at handling young customers. I just called today to make an appointment and they said just walk in. I asked will you be busy at 4:30 and she said she does not know that. So I said I guess we will just come in and check. She said call 10 min before and we will put your name in. I said ok and she said ok back in a sarcastic tone twice. Maybe I misread it but it seemed a little strange. Going to find another place to take my son.

Here for a haircut for my son. Haircut itself was decent once we were finally taken. Five stylists working, still slow as molasses. Three disappeared for ten minutes after we arrived and they had finished who they had in their respective chairs. Doesn’t take two people to sweep a small area when there are people waiting. Two people came in after we did and were taken before us. One stated he used the app and had «checked in» 45 minutes before he got here. That’s great, we had been waiting longer than that in the waiting area. Also witnessed a disagreement between the workers. Thankfully he ignored it and it didn’t escalate. I could go on, needless to say we won’t be going back to this location.

As far as Supercuts goes. This location is pretty good.
I took my 9 year old in for a haircut. They were very friendly and we only had to wait a couple of minutes. I sat in the waiting area and let my son handle his haircut on his own (trying to raise independent kids). The whole time, the stylist who was cutting his hair kept up nice conversation and actually got my child to talk! He walked away all smiles and loved his haircut. (this kid never smiles, he is just too cool)
so I asked him, «so do you like your hair?» he replies, «yep, they really do give SUPER CUTS»
we will for sure be back.
