After my new fancy-pants MotorolaCliq stopped working during a New England road trip, we stormed into this T-Mobile full of Black Friday frustration & a very NYC sense of entitlement. Who said customer service was dead? We were met with the calm, considerate ministrations of Scott & co. After half an hour or so, I left with a loaner phone tucked under my arm and a plan of action for returning the malfunctioning Motorola Cliq, issuing many apologies for our initial tirade.
