I have been coming here several years since the old owner was there. I usually ask for Ann the owner or Kim. They are both great and give great customer service for a reassonable price. I get my pedicures there and occasionally acrylic nails.

I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. The original owner was amazing. Very helpful and quick to help out any customer walking in. The staff is friendly and very professional. The business has been under new management and I feel the vibe has changed. Prices are a little higher and the establishment looks a little dated. I’ve never waited more then 10 minutes for an eyebrow wax. Now I’m lucky to even get a time frame, 45 minutes later, I’m still waiting. Skip this place…

Unfortunately had a bad experience just now. Was at the tmobile store, and decided to come here since it was near by. Came in for a gel manicure, the lady was almost done with my nails. She just needed to add the gel color. Another customer walks in to get a mani pedi, and decide to make me wait to help the customer. Instead of giving her a wait time. Really? Make me wait, it was very rude and unprofessional. So I paid for regular manicure and still didn’t get a color. (I have to catch a plain to Seattle which is why I had not time to wait) never coming here again.

Pros: they have many gel nail colors. Gel for $ 20. They tended to me quickly, although I did come in on a Thursday afternoon so I’m pretty sure weekends aren’t as easy, like all other nail salons. The lady that I got (I forgot her name unfortunately) listened to all my specific requests. I’m very picky with how I want my nails done, but she wasn’t rude at all or ignoring me, which is hard to come by.
Con: Place needs an upgrade on furnitures/​decorations. It just doesn’t give a relaxing vibe to someone looking to unwind after work.

Im giving this place a 2 star rating. Its looks clean. Mildly friendly but way over priced. I went in to get a polish change and made the mistake of not asking for the price. Well 5 mins later it was $ 5. And this may seem petty but usually when i get a polish change they file clean and buff the nail before the new polish change. And this place did nothing. Sooo… I wont be revisiting this establishment.

To be fair I have stopped coming here and have not been back since the ownership changed hands. Still it’s with good reason. I was a loyal customer for a few years, then I realized that while the listed prices were not changing and I always got the same services I was gradually being charged extra! I let it go until I was helped by someone besides the owner and she charged me the old prices. That’s when I realized I was in fact being overcharged and I haven’t been back since. I also hear they use the same wax pot for everyone which is pretty gross and that Christine talks on the cellphone the whole time while waxing people!

They took 1 hour and 35 minutes to do my nails that look uneven, super thick, and they curve downward which looks gross. Plus they have no good colors to use.

I ALWAYS come here. I moved to Out this way a year go and randomly found this establishment. They always give me EXACTLY what I want, no questions asked. Great prices too!

I went for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The people were friendly, but they did a very bad job. The gel French tip manicure was done very sloppy. The nail polish peeled off later that day after washing dishes. So apparently the lady who did my gel nails didn’t know what she was doing. I spent $ 43. Going back today to get my money back.
When I returned they only gave me a $ 12 refund. I didn’t bother arguing. I would not recommend this shop. The people are nice, but not good at gel nails.

Horrible service!!!
First time going there and last time. I walked in for a full set and pedicure, an older viatnamese man did my nails and the owner, Christine did my pedi. What i didnt realize till they were done was that they were in a hurry to leave. The man was very aggresive when doing my nails and they turned out so ugly because he was rushing. My pedi was pretty bad too, when i took a closer look all my toe nails on the left foot where not painted all the way to one side. After they both rushed out of the salon I realized why i had gotten such horrible rushed service. keep in mind i had gotten there one an a half hour before they closed.

Been going here for awhile… I go to John. he is really fast! I like that. They do a good eyebrow wax also. They have the gel coating which makes your nails stay super shiny. Never lift either. Have not gotten pedicures here but have seen the work and its good. You can walk in. usually not a wait but if you want a specific person call ahead. Shop could be a little more organized but all in all its pretty good. Prices are good…$ 20 for a fill, cut back my nails and had to put a 1 tip on and a gel coat… pretty reasonable. $ 7 for eyebrow wax.
