I took my 7 year old in for an ingrown toenail. He literally looked at it said it was fine and charged me $ 165 for 26 seconds of his time! Not to mention the front office people are not friendly!

The Dr was nice. But I have to say like the other reviews. The office staff is not good! I wanted a second opinion for my ankle since I was thinking of having surgery. When I asked for my x-rays I was denied!!! They would not let me have them or copy’s to take to my second opinion Dr. This then required me to have x-rays again insurance paying again for them. Plus me paying my deductible again. By law I am entitled to them for another DR to review. Staff may need some training on the law! This was the staff in his Alta Loma Office.

i think dr is great but his staff has much to be desired for gracie is not friendly very short when you ask a question you feel afraid to ask also if she is to call something to get a script or anything be lucky if you get it in a week or two she will make you feel uncomfortable

Dr. Bruening took his time and weighed every option with my husband. He made us feel like we could have sat there all day and talked. He addressed all of our concerns, and came up with multiple solutions. We did have to wait a bit to be seen, but we could hear him in the other room with an older couple, just being as sweet as can be. How could you mind waiting? Edit: after second visit, kind of bummed by treatment. Never greeted by receptionists or doctor when we walked in, ignored for 30 minutes. Receptionist in super pissy mood. :/
