I came at 1:50, 10 minutes before they closed and they ignored us through the drive through. There were workers inside as well. This Mcdonalds franchise is a big no no

This happen while in the drive thru around 1220 pm or so. Management really needs to step up customer service when hiring new ppl. I got up to the 2nd window and this white girl didn’t say hi upon getting my drink I can see with my own eyes she is getting the tea that is unsweetened when I asked for sweet tea. Her whole demeanor was just ugly and rude as heck. I asked if it was sweet tea she said with the nastiest face yes and I had my son check and it was not. I then give it back for her to argue with me that it’s sweet tea umm no chick it’s not. Doesn’t apologize rolls her eyes and hands it to me. This white girl is why I’m not coming back to this one. Are you dyslexic girl or what?! If you hate your job that much because it does show look for another one smh!!!

If management cared any, they’d pay attention to these reviews. I’ve been here about 5 times and each visit something has been wrong with my order. Like my burger not getting my burger or burger and nuggets missing from my happy meals. I pass this location at least 3 times a week but I’d rather drive a little further for better service. This facility is in need of major update. From management to the actual building. The employees don’t seem happy and they don’t seem to care so I can’t help but wonder if the underlying issue is with management.

I ordered #4 double quarter pounder combo. The patties looked a bit dry and burnt on one side so I thought maybe it was over cooked. After eating it I realized that the odd taste was an old expired taste. They must have been sitting there for hours if not days. I’ve thrown up twice and now have the stomach flu. On the drive thru window opening 2 flies flew out of the window. That should have been the red flag to cancel my order and ask for my money back. They should be reprimanded for possible food poisoning. Don’t eat there. Find a clean, fresh food restaurant. Sick and angry.

How hard is it to warm up the food? 90% of my food was stone cold including their new pastries. AND my burger buns were completely stale! They we’re completely hard… I called back to complain and the employee didn’t do anything… He said he couldn’t replace the food or refund my money. Extremely disappointed but you get what you pay for I guess.

I have been a customer for this mcdonalds for many years now and I have had way to many problems with the service. finally today after going through drive through at this location I have had enough. I ordered 2 mc double and 1 large fry at the speaker… I was repeated the order back to me at the speaker when I got to the pick up window the person said«2 mc double and medium fry?» I said«no 2 mc double and large fry». He said«that’s right». Can anyone guess what I got??? Went in and a mgr. Vanessa went and looked at the order and said I was only charged for a medium fry… and«SORRYABOUTTHAT» Don’t be sorry just do your job and get it right!

The worse Mcdonalds out there. The service is slow, especially in the drive thru. The employees are NEVER pleasant. This is why I prefer In N Out. If I stop by this location, it will be purely for convenience.

This place is worse than bad! There are real problems at this location… bad management! The service is bad AND the food is bad… It’s worse than bad! Got chicken nuggets that were stale and old… dried out completely and white looking on the outside. A 40PACK! Fries were hard and cold too. Problem is, I got home with it(1 block away) before I knew it. It was bad enough I called them and told the manager what we got. The manager was RUDE! Very disrespectful… «like, no problem, just bring it back.» I say, there is no way food could go out like that without someone knowing it! Tonight, over one month later, I tried again. I got a small fry that was half full, and yes, they were hard and cold again(it was best that the majority of them were missing). The burgers were unwrapped and it was just ugly! I didn’t call them this time… I have nothing to say. I GETITNOW! I have to exercise alternative/better choices next time! And I won’t have to look far. There are few places out there that are so disrespectful of the customer! Its my pleasure to go somewhere else!

Went through the drive thru Bought a breakfast #2 with REGULAR Coffee. When I got to the window where you pick up the food, The girl put DECAF instead of regular coffee and tried to pass it on as regular. When I asked her, why did you give me DECAF, She said oh you didnt want decaf? and I said NO, and she said oh sorry I didnt know… Seriously??? When people get coffee ANYWHERE its caffeinated coffee, and if they wanted decaf, they would have to specify it. Thats how it is everywhere, What happened here was, when I got to the window I saw her lifting up the THREE pot they have for coffee with BROWN handle and the regular ones were almost out so she grab the decaffeinated with the ORANGE handle and tried to pass it on as regular coffee. My advice, if you ever go there, make sure to watch what they are doing. and ask that they wait till you get to the window before they pour your coffee in the cup… Or just simply not go there at all.

I asked for a ice coffee with light ice with a sausage muffin this morning. I am pretty sure that some spit in my coffee. I swallowed a loogie and threw up at work in my office. Needless to say I will not be eating there and warning all my co workers/friends at city hall in Covina to avoid eating there.

Well, I never knew that an iced caramel mocha comes in a variety of styles? There’s the one that taste like black coffee, another is the one with no caramel, and the last flavor is absolutely no taste, no caramel, and no whipped cream. I used to enjoy coming here once for coffee but after this, no more. I will gladly drive the extra mile to the one in Glendora for coffee.

Oh my goodness… the staff at this location really needs some re-training. Were they ever trained in the first place? Lucky me, its the one closest to my house. No bueno. The drive through service is far superior to walk-in. Why? I don’t know. Walk in gets ZERO stars in my book. EVERYTIME(ok, Its not that often) but Everytime I GOINTO this joint, I am waiting forever, AND they screw up the order. They take the order, make you stand to the side and wait, and then FORGETTOCALLYOU, or just plain forget the order altogether. My advice? Use the drive thru and THOROUGHLY check your bag before you leave the window. I can’t tell you how many times things have been missing/wrong.(Read the other reviews if you don’t believe me, even the«good» reviews mention how many times they screw up) I go to the one on Arrow/Glendora, and they always get it right. Go figure.

Unless I am getting coffee, usually they do something to screw up my order. Sometimes I get a different item than I ordered, or they leave something out. Should I expect better? The answer is yes!

I come to this mcdonalds several times a month an so far they’ve been real fast and very friendly. I go there for my sweet tea cravings and most of the time I’m satisfied with the exception when they mistake the sweet tea with the regular unsweetened tea. I always find that out after I’ve already driven off and I don’t feel like turning around and going back. Overall this mcdonalds is a good one! They even have it all pimped out inside too!

9 cars in the drive through, so I went inside to order a big kids meal to go which took 15 min to get wrong with another meal. There were 5 employees working the drive through while 2 were working the. Counter & one cleaning up the tables. It took a gentleman 12 min to get his McCafe to go as well. Drive through is the way to go at this place, this is why it looks so nice in the seating area.

I was working an 18 day job gathering info on the water meters in Covina. I was outside walking around the city for 8 hours. I came to this McDonalds to get out of the hot summer weather and enjoy a nice cold sweet tea. It was the first time I’ve ever been to this McDonalds and it’s the closest to my house. I was very impressed with the décor and the big screen t.v. which was showing World Cup soccer. The owner was very nice and didn’t question my partner and I when we came in wearing a bright orange vest and carrying a tool box. I made sure to buy something so I wasn’t freeloading. If I ever eat Mcdonalds this would be the one to go to.
