This review is for the pharmacy. The pharmacists are not helpful, not friendly and don’t care about helping customers. They always look annoyed at any little question you ask them. I would avoid this rite aid pharmacy at all costs!

Came here for the pharmacy after getting a tooth removed, I was told it would be 20 mins for the wait yet it’s been 40 mins. When you’re in pain and just want your medicine to go home to rest you don’t want to wait those extra 20−30mins especially when no one is waiting in the pharmacy area. There’s too much talking going on in the back, less talking and more working ladies. Geez!

I have been a customer here for nearly 15 years. The reason for such a low mark is the addition of the Hindu pharmacist named Ravi or Robby. Very rude and I feel it is cultural to be honest. I said it to him. He attempts to intimidate me however, impossible. Because of him, I will finally leave Rite Aid. Niki, and the rest of the staff, I will miss you. It is so apparent this guy has a serious problem with Black women.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have ENOUGH of their horrible customer service! I waited over 15 minutes for ice cream,(this’s not the first time but, it is the last time) this’s after I went to find an employee(Nathan)! I grew tired of waiting I find him outside on break! The only cashier was more involved in the conversation with planning a quinceañera. So much for treating my daughter to Thrifty’s ice cream. I will be boycotting Rite Aid & will encourage others to do so. I’ve been buying Thrifty’s ice cream since it was Thrifty’s; I will be purchasing my ice cream elsewhere. Good riddance to Rite Aid’s bad customer service.

Unlike the CVS on Citrus and Rowland, this place is immaculate inside. Clean shinny floors. Products properly placed with prices visible. But I would not abandon the CVS, I just mentioned since their customer service has improved. Customer service at this place is good, despite the manager bailing to the back when I walked up and him saying, «she’ll help you«referring to the female cashier. I bet if a lady in a short skirt was there, he woulda drooled over helping her. The cashier on the other hand deserves five stars for her professionalism. They did have some specials like the Gatorade, two good size drinks for $ 3.00. But the birthday card with music when you open it was very pricy. They do have ice cream cones for sale here. Cheaper than 31 flavors. Comes from the same place probably. Tastes the same. But I chose not to. The diet thing… ya know. That darn diet… Shucks???

5 stars for the ice cream. I love ice creams and probably have tried all kinds of them from different stores to brands. By far the best because Rite Aid ice cream uses whole milk, which is hard to find these days because everyone uses skim milk in dairy products nowadays. I prefer whole milk product better because it’s less chemical and way more tasty.

I’m very disappointed, I went in here to get some thrifty ice cream, but I also had 3 liters of water to drink today and really needed to use the restroom keep in mind it’s half an hour before they close. The door to the restroom says I have to get the key from the front so I go to the front and ask for the key and the guy tells me they just mopped so u

Ive been going to this place since I was Yay high. the ice cream is the only reason why people really stop by and the drugs from the pharmacy. this place use to be clean, smell good, and organized. then it changed to rite aid. The pharmacy people are extremely nice. People who serve you ice cream scoop with no smile and look like they want to shove it in your face. the manager was called because change was needed and she looked at me the entire time like she hated life. I only come where when i ablsolutely need something now. shame what a great place it use to be. now i have to walk my fat butt across the street to Vons

Ice cream review~ This place use to be my go to ice-cream place. With a vast variety of ice-cream favors and the cheap prices kept me coming back. The fact that it was Thrifty’s was an even bigger plus. Due to recent visits; my opinion of this establishment’s ice-cream has gone down. The service is horrible(unless its a man named«Thor»). They never have any flavors anymore, its now half their usual selection. One of the guys who usually works the ice-cream counter is really rude as well. I use to really love getting ice-cream here. Nice people, well stocked, great environment. Now its just one big disappointment.

Was in here for some greeting cards — and an ice cream cone. The layout could be better, and they need to have one more register open. This is the only place that I know of that always has a full selection of ice cream flavors. Parking could be a little better.

I don’t mind this Rite Aid, the staff in the pharmacy is super nice!!! Although the store seems like old and crappy… but on the other hand they always have what I need so hey that’s all that matters sometimes right?!

who doesn’t love ice cream? great ride aid close to home and the staff is super nice. my only gripe is that the line gets pretty long at night(mostly when peeps are making their beer runs). but i’m willing to forgive them cause they carry awesome stuff like star wars folding camp chairs.

i’m giving this rite aid 4 stars only because it has a full thrifty’s ice cream counter. this is the only rite aid i know of that always has a full selection of flavors even in the hot months of the summer. the store associates aren’t that great when it comes to service which is why i didn’t give 5 stars. also Thelma D. is right about the funky lay out of the store and the registers even a freaking year later this rite aid is having the same problems.

This place has great pricing on all sorts of stuff. Plus they carry the memorable«Thrifty Ice Cream» in store! It isn’t the nicest joint in town, but it has its own little charm. I used to come here often for the Western Union services.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid in 1989(at the time it was called Thrifty) The ice cream there is still how I remember, so good! And for the price how can you lose? XD The people at the pharmacy are extremely nice and helpful. They also have answers to my questions and in the rare case they don’t, they research and get back to me quickly. Rite-Aide is also a general store and a bit pricy for some items. I’m assuming because they don’t order a larger bulk like other Department Stores do. However, when I needed something quick I come here cause it’s convenient for me. All in all I can’t really complain about this place. I’m a loyal shopper.

Sorry, I have to disagree with Jill. The best ice cream ever is a triple scoop in a waffle cone. A scoop of mint-n-chip sandwiched between Rocky Road. Ok…we all know the ice cream is the bomb. Now. here’s what I like about Rite Aid. There is always a good deal on liquor. Wine, not so much. But hard liquor… there is always a good deal on something.
