McDonald’s

The last time I went here (probably around 2 a. m) I ordered a 10 piece McNugget meal and ended up getting a gross old sour Big Mac meal. Me, having just gotten off a 12 hour shift, was exhausted and didn’t even think to check the bag. Honestly I wouldn’t have complained about it if it wasn’t so disgusting. Also this guy Mike who looked like a manger gave me the wrong about of change back, again wouldn’t have complained but when you forget bills it’s like really dude, can you not count? I would’ve caught this right there and then but my brain was just on autopilot. Being exhausted and hungry. I just wasn’t thinking myself. But he looked fine! Laughing with the guy in the back and the two of them kept sticking their heads out the window probably commenting on the shiny yellow corvette behind me. I can understand that, I mean boys will be boys and when there’s a brand new stingray right there. I get it. But if I were them I at least would’ve been more discreet about it. Like maybe waiting until I was gone. I tried calling and complaining about it but lucky me ‘Mike’ was the only manager there at the time. So annoyed I called the main office and they treated me like I was reporting something to the cops, asking me all my personal info. Like can’t you just take the complaint and maybe talk your employees about being more professional? Yes, it’s only Mcdonalds guys. But it’s your job. So do it right. Feeling totally silly about complaining about this place but this wasn’t the first time they’ve shown me that they really don’t give a crap about customer service. The employees need more training. I’ve met the owner, he’s a super nice man, and seems to be very business oriented which makes me believe the complaints don’t go to him but are hidden from him. And I’ve seen the way the employees get when he walks in, like they turn into little perfect robots!

Today my daughter and I decide to go to McDonalds before we head out to Monrovia to take care of some business. I told the lady that took my order that I wanted 6 double cheeseburgers plane no pickles no mustard and no ketchup. She took our order and told us to pay at the first window which we did. As we pulled off I asked my daughter to hand me one of those burgers because I was really hungry and as soon as I bit down on the burger, I could take the catch up right away so I had to spit it out. The reason why I told them I didn’t want that stuff on my burger is because I have an allergic reaction to ketchup so I choose not to have anything on my burger. Coming back from Monrovia we go back to the McDonalds and I speak to the manager David and I told him the situation and he has a snobby attitude like I’m making him look bad. For one I have a very bad allergic reaction to catch up which gives me hives all over my body and my tongue starts to swell to where I can’t breathe. All in all he acted like it was nothing so I asked for the number to corporate office. Now this happen at 11:52 a.m., and when I asked him for the number to corporate he got really snobby with me and he gave me a number to McDonalds and it sounded like a 16 year old was answering the answering machine but I was never able to speak with anyone in corporate. I will never go to that McDonalds again in life! Its store number 16 007 and their phone number is area code 626−859−0176. I mean how hard could it be to flip a couple of burgers and not put on catch up? I don’t like Donald Trump, but I just might be voting for him just for you David!

I decided to leave a little earlier to work so I can grab a bite for breakfast. Decided to come to this McDonald… Since it’s on my way.
I ordered a Small Hot Chocolate and a Egg Mcmuffin… Easy ass order!!! But HOLD UP… I get to work and I’m like let me eat my food… I open the bag and GUESS what it had in it… NOT AN EGG MCMUFFIN… but… Some SYRUP, BUTTER, NAPKINS, SALT, JAM, FORK, AND A HASHBROWN…
DO NOT COME HERE!
yeah McDonald’s can be economic food but the ppl that work at this location need to communicate more… If I had time I would go and demand a refund but since I don’t… I’ll enjoy this Hash brown. Ugh…

I freaking hate this McDonald’s!!! My boyfriend brought me a cheeseburger the way I always order it. I get extra ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. I guess the person in grill tonight decided to be a smart ass. It’s loaded so heavily with ketchup and mustard that it’s disgusting!!! They usually just get our order wrong or don’t put any extra anything on the burger. They are always rude there whenever I call. I am so livid!

My 5 star rating is based SOLELY on their soft serve ice cream!!! I only get this from Micky D’s these days … it’s my treat to myself! Anyway, their soft serve ice cream is cold enough to where when you lick it, it doesn’t fall over!!! (I’ve been to many where it seriously almost falls over!!! I hate that so much!!!) And they know how to serve it… it looks the its suppose to (not like a five year old doing it for the first time!)… Jus’ sayin’ !

literally the worst McDonald’s EVER. they never have ice cream, they always say «cash only» but cannot be bothered to put up any kind of sign so that you don’t waste your time getting stuck in the drive thru window. I don’t even remember the last time I came to this McDonald’s and was actually able to order something. get it together!!!

The inside of the fast food restaurant was clean enough and the young woman at the register was very friendly. However, the young manager there is very rude and unhelpful clearly doesn’t want to be there. She is hispanic with blonde hair.

The last two times I’ve had to come here I got flat soda and for some reason their card machines always down at night! DAFUUUUUUQ IS WRONG W THIS PLACE

I know it’s just McDonald’s but at least have some kind of decency to a paying customer! I ordered an iced coffee at the drive thru today & was terribly let down.
I took a sip of my coffee before I left & it was really sour. I knew it wasn’t fresh & the girl that handed me my coffee had already walked away. I kept saying «excuse me» to every other employee that was by the window just to be IGNORED.
I finally got an employee’s attention (who was a manager I believe because his uniform was different from everyone elses) so I thought in my head that he’d be helpful. I was WRONG. I told him my coffee was really sour & asked how long ago the coffee was brewed because it tasted different. He replies «2 hours ago & even if we brewed you another one, it would be the same coffee.»
He basically wanted me to enjoy this stale coffee! Does he not realize that coffee can go bad after a couple of hours? He was talking to me like fresh coffee is the same as old coffee that was brewed 2 hours ago. I swear this guy was so incompetent. No apology, no offer to replace it, no offer to give me my money back. I was so angry at that point so I just politely said «thank you» & drove away.
This place is a freakin joke. There are a million other McDonald’s locations. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. They could care less about customer service.

She eyeballs me as I make my approach to the soda fountain.
‘I’m cute,’ I figure. ‘Makes sense,’ no doubt.
Then she makes her move.
‘Excuse me, sir. You can’t get soda if you have a water cup!
Beotch, this is a soda cup,’ I murmur to myself.
‘Huh?’ But this IS a soda cup!‘
I grow bolder with each step and I’m straight-​up indignant by the time I reach the counter.
‘Why, are you soda fountain monitor or sumptin? If so, get on filling the ice cuz it’s empty.‘
I march stridently back to my table.
When I sit down, I compare my kids’ water cup to my soda cup and wutyaknow, same cup, same size.
That’s this franchisee’s fuxup tho, def not mine.

I would never do a review on fast food, but this shitty establishment needed it. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The last 2 times I’ve gone through the drive through they’ve managed to forget to put some part of our order in the bag. I’ve been on crutches due to an injury and it’s been a pain in the ass to get home and inside the house only to realize that they somehow managed to give me my drink fried bbq sauce but no nuggets.
To top it off management is rude and laughs with the employees when they joke about how they messed up the order. These idiots have the nerve to want $ 15 minimum wage?!? How in the world can you justify making ½ of what j make hourly when I actually help serve and protect people? I will literally NEVER go to a McDonald’s again. The corporation can thank this franchise.

My daughter loves the playground are over here. It is big and very well kept. The times I’ve been here, they keep up with the place. There’s always someone cleaning. The cashiers are ok. Not rude or anything. If my daughter asks for a cup of water, they gladly give it to her. If they mess up the order, they quickly make it right. The only reason I minus them one star, is because of the food. The drive-​thru gets crowded at times but employees are always working fast. You are more likely to get your order messed up at the drive-​thru then if you go inside. Check your order before driving off.

I don’t even know where to begin, this place has terrible customer service!
I was really upset last time I went.
They gave me my food so late and it was cold when I told them where’s the rest of my food they would just stare at me like dummies! So frustrating, they need better employees asap!

Still a one star. Lately it’s been consistently terrible. I live a block away, but don’t plan on coming to this location anymore. Just ordered a chicken mc nugget mini meal and a strawberry milkshake.
The fries were completely cold, unsalted, and mushy.
The chicken mc nuggets were super dry and cold.
The sprite was all carbonation with no syrup.
The milkshake was as thin as water. It was like drinking plain ol’ melted ice cream that had been flavored with nerds candy (yes that’s what it tasted like). Even after sticking it in the freezer for an hour, it remained thin.
Ended up tossing it.
