I have had great service here in the past but it was very slow on Tuesday when I went. I had ordered teriyaki chicken and it was not done yet, so they had said 5 minutes. I ended up waiting almost 14 minutes for it to be done and cut. They didn’t offer anything for the long wait or even an apology.

The food is great but the customer service is horrible !! The lady who first assisted me made me feel rushed. They need to recheck their customer service skills. They don’t even give you enough food for the price.

This is the most ghetto panda express I have been too. Ghetto people everywhere, I think we were the only normal looking customers there. To top it off, their service is lacking, and they’re are stingy with the supplies you need to eat. Do not come here, I should’ve stayed away when I saw the low ratings. Straight out of Compton Chinese restaurant… smh!

I been to this panda and because it convenient and close to my job but man these people are so dam rude and the servings are as if its coming out of there own dam pockets. They are over price. I will not be returning here and will my company also gets catering from them, won’t be doing that either.

I came in the first customer of the day and wanted to order for a group of 10 –16 people. I found their take out tray comes with two entrees and two side trays for $ 99. This can easily serve 20 people. Comes with forks, plates, the fortune cookie, packets of chilies and soy sauce. The trays are neatly packaged in large easy to carry bags. I had the beef and spicy chicken with fried rice . The order was ready in half an hour and I had a great party, all the people loved the food and there was plenty left over. Parking is plenty. Service is excellent, They really helped me select and order the food. I will be back.

Today was my first and last time going to this location. I got there less than a hour after they opened this morning, expecting the food to be Good&Fresh. I was disappointed! The chow mein tasted Dry and Over Cooked and the Orange Chicken was definitely Over Cooked because it was Hard. Even the larger pieces were Hard! Customer Service was Great, buttt, they definitely need to Improve with the food!

The food here is pretty good. the thing is though, they sometimes get greedy when serving your 2 item portion. I guess it depends on the persons mood at the time. A bit pricey. Noodles/Rice, 2 meat meal and small drink is nearing $ 10 dollars.

I normally don’t like to eat at Panda Express. I live by one in San Dimas and it’s really sucky. My bf and I were over by the area and thought of trying this place. The cashier/server was really nice and attentive! He was so friendly and I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. His name is Ted. I haven’t had great service like that in a LONG time. If I ever feel like having Panda Express I’ll drive over here instead of going to the one by my house just because of Ted. Ted is a amazing gracious host. Whoever is running this restaurant you need to double whatever you’re paying him. You won’t want to lose him as a employee.

Nice and clean, friendly servers. Stingy with the hot mustard though, they only like to give 2 but I use it on my grilled chicken instead of the teriyaki sauce so I need like 5.

Food wasnt all that and the worst service I’ve ever seen in a Panda express restaurant. The serving crew leader is an idiot, i wish i could give them negative stars.

Your average Panda express, I ordered the string bean chicken, beef and broccoli with fried rice, and my guilty pleasure, the crab rangoons. Everything was tasty and I had ideal hotel room leftover for later.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. My favorites Walnut Shrimp, Beijing beef and shiitake kale chicken! The food is good and the Head Chef has been there for 10 years now and he does a great job star ***** point’s for him!

My husband and I love Chinese food but panda isnt the first option being they can be greedy with portion size that they give. Twice i went there with a voucher for a side entrée, from surveys that I did online and the first time that i tried to use my voucher the lady at the register didnt seem to happy that i had a free entrée voucher. She said that i had to wait until next time because i told her too late that i had a voucher for a free entrée. Yet another employee disregarded what she said and offered to give me the entrée. Maybe the lady was having a bad day?! The second time i went in, there was a different lady at the register, i told her in advanced that i had the voucher, she too did not seem happy to hear that i had a free entrée ticket. She stared me down to the core and sighed, as if she was irritated. She asked what side we wanted, then she said i had to wait. We ended up having to wait awhile for our entire order bc there wasnt a lot of food ready. We arrived at about 12pm on a Sunday and it was already getting packed yet not much of the popular food was ready. We didnt mind waiting, they offered us water as we waited. But the thing that gets me, and confuses me is their attitude. Shouldnt they be happy that customers have free side entrée vouchers bc that means their customer did a survey and what’s the big deal, their side entrée is a hideous size, not even worth doing the dang survey! And of course their price is a tad bit expensive when u can go to some random chinese stop with Good ratings and grade A for twice the portion these people give you. We ordered the orange chicken with bacon at panda but there was only 1 chopped piece of bacon. Same with the shrimp, you pay more, but get less. I give it a 2 star because of their price and their customer care. Their food is alright but not for the price.

i like the orange chicken and the angus steak. The filipino asian guy that i always see there and that services me its awesome! Im going to tell you a secret ok… the best time to go there is 10 – 15 minutes before they close. They have no more food on display. and when you order food before they close they make it fresh right off the bat! it happened to me twice already and boy boy boy i love that orange chicken when its crispy and fresh! yum! Chow Mein sucks though… i like big tasty goody noodles

This panda sux!!! My friend and i came here with a coupon and the cashier could not read it properly and would not let us order what we wanted… instead he just gave us the chicken and said he had packed it for us… we tried explaining that we wanted to choose our entrée but to no avail. We also told him we were ordering a 2 entrée plate and he tells us we have another choice which made it a 3 entrée plate… no we wanted 2 entrée but we thought… mayb rice and noodles counts as one entrée but no he charged us for 3 entrees… again not understanding what we were saying… really…if ur gonna work at a chain restaurant u better speak english!!!

How can you not love it!!! Chow Mein and Orange Chicken! However, it is a bit pricey for Chinese fast food. I look at it as they do need to pay for the cool décor they have in the place. I live down the street from it so it’s something fast to grab.
