This place is now Yummy House Scezhuan. Haven’t tried it but hope it’s as good. I gave 3 stars only because I have to give it something to post.

I was a regular here as I live within walking distance and would go here frequently, probably twice a month. More with the kids just for the quickies. Variety was a bit lacking, but food was good. It has recently undergone new ownership and I was excited to see some new food options, until I ate it! It sucks! Tasteless curry, bitter orange chicken, and they even found a way to mess up the quickies! Gave them a second chance for the new owners and nothing has changed. And now I’m bummed as I won’t go back. Steer clear, Panda Express would be a much better choice!

THEFOODISTERRIBLEHERE! But don’t let that stop you from coming here. They got great ice cream, boba drinks, slushes, smoothies, and pastries that are great. OK back to the food. It’s really really bad, gray to the max and dry. It’s like they went to every jail for ingredients, then just filled it with sorrow and acid reflux powder. Words can’t describe how bad it is. I’ve actually been to jail and the food was better there lol #OldCountyBurritos!

Awful food!!! HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! I’m still new to the area, so I wanted to try something new. I seen that they had the order for pick up and I paid for my food via eat 24. When I got there, my order wasn’t ready, I showed conformation that I prepaid my order. But the worker was rude, the phone was busy, because the other worker was their just yapping away on the phone. I recommend against eating here.

I was really excited to try this place, it didn’t live up to any of the reviews. The food was lacking flavor. The price is great and the staff was very nice, the food wasn’t. I really wanted to like this place, but no.

My boyfriend and I are always looking for a great fast food Chinese restaurant to eat at when we don’t want to cook after work and I think this was the perfect little spot to get our fix. This place also has a plus because it is linked together with a quickly. I tried the orange chicken and beef and broccoli. It’s a def must try if in the area.

This place is so sad. I used to work at a Chinese Fast Food Restaurant and this place is nothing but a slop of grease. Omg! Seriously?! I ordered a party tray of chow mien and it was nothing but greasy noodles! Where’s the egg, where’s the veggies, where’s the green onion to make it look presentable?! I was so embarrassed to take this work for a meeting. Nobody touched it. Kind of glad they didn’t.

This is a mom and pop Chinese fast food place with boba drinks and snacks. The reason why I give it 4 stars is because the service is fast, portions are huge, food is actually really tasty, and the prices are great. I go here for the spicy popcorn chicken and my son loves the chicken chow mein.

It is 4:58am and I am still vomiting and pissing out of my rear. Yes, major food poisoning. Beware.

Ordered take out here several times when we’re craving Chinese fast food. I usually get the combo B for $ 5.50. You get chow mein and fried rice with your choice any of two sides. They give you a very generous portion for its price! It’s a great deal! I recommend ordering here over Panda Express! It’s very clean here and the food tastes fresh too!

Been temporarily living in the covina area and was dying for some good fast food Chinese food. This was the closest to where I was staying so I decided to give it a shot. I’ll start with the positive, the prices are very good and they serve boba, milk tea, and slush drinks. Despite that overall I was disappointed. I ordered a one item combo with orange chicken and a pineapple slush. The orange chicken came in a super strong, very thin, pool of sauce rather than nicely coated. The rice was under cooked, chow mien salty, the egg roll was burnt and greasy, and the slush tasted artificial.

I come here quite a bit with my wife and son and I have to say for the price they’re very generous with the portions of food given. Also having a quickly inside is quite a plus in my book since we can grab some boba and snacks as well! As for the person giving their review on the fried rice. if you could see it from the window why on earth would you still get it and complain it looked like white rice and soy sauce. lmao

I’m not too much into this place after getting a 2 item plate. I don’t have such a good feeling about this as soon as my stomach started bubbling. YIKES! The rice seemed to be a bit under cooked and tasted like some kind of stuffing from thanksgiving. I couldn’t finish that. The noodles were the only side I finished and had to through the rest away. But I did like the Thai tea…

I don’t think I would ever find the name or outside appearance of this place appetizing but since I reside so close I thought I’d give this place a try. There is one review on here that puts down the broccoli beef and she is right. The majority of the dish is vegetables(broccoli) but when you pair it with the other heavy all meat dishes I found this to be a great offset for the whole meal. If you end up getting the teriyaki chicken, or bbq pork than you won’t get much vegetables with your meal so a broccoli beef is perfect to balance out the meal. This place does have the classic oyster pail take out too incase you’re craving a la carte instead of a 2 pound box full of food. Is it just me or does Chinese food taste better in a take out box?

Nooooo! The fried rice was not what I expected. It was just white rice with a little bit of soy sauce and a few peas. Let’s just say I got the beef and broccoli to just eat the broccoli. I don’t know who reviewed this place.

Great tasting food every time I’ve come. Even made fresh beef and broccoli for me to make sure it was the best tasting option available. 22 combo entrees for 12 and they had a hard time closing the lid plus an egg roll! Fatties rejoice great portions for a steal. My go to Chinese food place in the area.

Okay so I admit it, I was pretty skeptical about this place when I saw it. I definitely judged the book by it’s cover. Shame on me!!! The hubs was craving Chinese food and saw the 5-star ratings on Unilocal and nudged me so I said I would give it a try, mostly because he told me they had tea(: Now reasons for my 5-stars: –clean facility –convenient location –friendly and professional staff –generous portions –great price -$ 1 milk tea or thai tea with any combo –special bowl for $ 2.99 –takes credit cards with $ 5 minimum –free wifi

As good as it gets! The orange chicken is outstanding, the batter is evenly coated with meat instead of fat and thick flour. I really enjoy their fried wings and pretty much everything is fresh and tasty at a very reasonably price.

Portions are very generous and prices are quite low for what you are getting. The food is pretty good and the people there seems very nice. My only complaint is the fried rice isn’t that good. Overall it is quick, filling, and cheap.
