Worst Pizza Hut experience EVER!!!
First the lady who answered the phone had a nasty attitude… When she asked for my name I told her she didn’t understand (which is fine) but instead if asking me to please repeat or whatever she said «what???» Super rude. Then when I asked to confirm the address she sent me to the wrong Pizza Hut!!! So after we figure all that out and i drive to the right one to get my order she still has a nasty attitude and lied about what she told me on the phone!!! I took my card and left my food I will never order through them again!

I wish I could give zero stars!!! Where the heck do I start???
So I am sick as hell! I never want pizza but like I said I’m sick and I want what I want. I love stuffed crust. I only eat pizza maybe 2 – 3 times a year.
I try to order Pizza Hut online. It says sign up and get free cheese sticks. I sign up for an online account… twice. No email. That was over two hours ago. I call the store. The manager is literally stupid! He had no idea about their online promotions. Cool! I skip the cheese sticks. I am starving. I place my order at 6:06.
Fast forward. It’s after 7 ish. I call. I’m told by the manager that they hadn’t had ANY online orders all night. I had my confirmation email in front of me. He said he couldn’t look it up by my order number. They didn’t have anything under anyone in the houses phone numbers let alone the one I entered online.
So 8 minutes in and after the manager treated me like I’m crazy, my pizza shows up. I asked him so you don’t have my order but you delivery driver is at my door???
I open my pizza, and it’s COLD!!!

Just STUPID! They came out to my house WITHOUT the pizza to check my ID and Credit Card. My signature on my credit card had to match the signature on my ID. This is the 2^nd time this week Pizza Hut did a «remedial» stunt.

What is the point in asking about specials if they only tell you half of the information about the specials. I called and asked about the medium 3 topping for $ 6.99 the guy said yes it’s still available, so I place my order for 3 pizzas for pickup. Then my husband goes in to pay and the employee says the limit was two pizzas for the special. Why wouldn’t he say that when I called ahead of time ?! I ask about the specials for a reason. I don’t understand why if I specifically ask about a special you wouldn’t give me the limitation of the special, horrible communication and the pizza wasn’t even that good. I will not be returning.

OK, It’s Pizza Hut, so expectations are low. But when you order a pizza, and it says it will be delivered by 6:30, and it’s 7 and it’s not here yet… well, Domino’s here I come. Oh yeah, there is a disclaimer on the web site that says the time is automatically posted, small print…

The pizza was over 20 minutes late and was cold by the time I got it. Only ate about two slides due to the pizza tasting old and stale. I live within 10 minutes of this place, yet they needed an hour to deliver it to me. I also asked for extra pepperoni when I ordered but the pizza had barely any on it. Will probably just order domino’s next time.

Excellent customer service Ana and the guy with the glasses (sorry didn’t catch his name) making the pizza are super friendly and hard workers ! Pizza came out very good :)

This location is MY SHYT. I love it here, the staff is friendly and the cooks (at least when I order) they are always on point. Order the pepperoni with extra cheese and sauce and I Promise it’ll be FIRE.

Horrible service (if you hate your job, find another), the pizza had slices with cheese missing and it was super greasy. We asked for Parmesan and pepper and only received 3 of each for 2 large pizzas, we asked for more and she only gave us 1 packet; as if she was the one who buys all the condiments. Never again will I return to this Pizza Hut. I’m sticking with Dominoes.

Horrible horrible customer service… Got ignore when I requested my pizza and it wasn’t even done… I received spit on my pizza which disgusted me… I returned the pizza and told the employee to eat this piece of shit they made

wish I would have looked at the reviews before I placed my order tonight. expensive, no mushrooms, three pieces of sausage, three pieces of jalapenos. will never order papa johns again.

My experience ordering online was so easy and quick! After customizing my order, I chose the «pick up ASAP» option and it told me it would be ready in10 minutes. I had no idea that it would be that fast, so when I called two minutes later to request a later pick-​up time, the pizza was already in the oven! Not bad at all.
Customer service was good too; I asked for some of the pretzel salt since I had forgotten to make that customization, and the guy kindly brought some out for me on the side. I’ve ordered from here in the past and I’m always satisfied!

Had the worst customer service TWO different times by the same person! Rude. Ignore the customer. Rough handling of the food. AND out of Parmesan packets for the pizza.

Dont order online through website. it does not work at least for me it didn’t. Took 53 minutes since i order to figure out that order was not received. So don’t waste your time with the chance that it might work when your altenative is a phone call away. Otherwise good pizza however, poorly trained staff.

By far the worst experience here. I ordered two medium pizzas with two toppings on Wednesday May 20^th between 10 – 11:30 p.m. The first person I spoke to was a nice guy and told me my pizza would be here 45 minutes after my order. When I received my order, one of the pizzas was wrong and the other looked awful. I called back and spoke with a female. She was rude and told me that I could get credit under my phone number or get another delivered. Initially, I wanted the credit but asked if I could get a text or email or something physical because I didn’t want to risk the excuse that there was nothing under my file. She proceeded to hang up on me. I called back to get the free pizza delivered. She said «it’ll be 45 minutes» and hung up. This is not acceptable behavior. I understand the job isn’t the best, but she chose her life. If she can’t handle mishaps at the workplace, she shouldn’t be working with the general public.

Absolely a joke I work at a restaurant as a sever for the past 2 years I called the number to this location on San bernadino
She hungup on me and I called back 4 times whoever is managing shoulda talke to or fire young female working & answering phones at 1050 pm Monday April 20^th 2015
Complete joke and I always give benefit of the doubt that why I tried calling back, long story short completely unacceptable management should take care of it & if not then maybe management isn’t profession either

We ordered on line. We ordered their specialty pizza the one with the spinach, they called us and they said they don’t have the spinach on the pizza so do I want something on the side I said no I want spinach on my pizza so I want to cancel the order, the manager Lania at 468 San Bernardino rd Covina ca 91 723 location said it can’t be cancelled because the pizza is on its way. Why is she trying to sell me a pizza I don’t want? Why would pizza gut run out of ingredient at 1 pm only on a Sunday? What happend to Pizza Hut? I ordered that pizza because of the spinach as well as that’s your special pizza and the spinach make it special ! I would have ordered somewhere else if I want a regular pizza? I want the cherry pepper bomb shell and skinny Italian both with spinach and that’s why I’m ordering from Pizza Hut! Shape up ! Your store should be ready for what you advertise or else it’s called false advertisement !!

I can’t endorse this restaurant in any way, because when I called to order a pizza the associate on the phone denied me the opportunity for delivery service.
The associate at this store would have me believe that the 1.7 mile distance from their store to my hotel is outside range of their service.
What I really think is that they are so lazy and comfortable with their job security, that they felt preserving the reputation of their business and increasing their daily revenue volume wasn’t worth their trouble.
If this were an isolated occurrence, I might have skipped writing this review of their indifferent attitude towards a customer; However, I received this same treatment from 2 other pizza hut stores.
Perhaps the owner (s) these local pizza hut stores is/​are either unconcerned with how the level of customer service provided by their employees negatively affects their revenue stream, or, they may just be as inattentive as their employees, and thus, be unaware of this opportunity (and perhaps others) to maintain a satisfied customer, as well as the reputation of their business.
I recommend that the owner (s) conduct secret shopper style investigations to attempt remedial corrective action, and that any other customers receiving this sort of sub-​par service, also take the time to write a review.

Ordered online, food came more than 10 minutes EARLY. Delivery guy was a little silly, but very kind and seemed to genuinely care about me running outside with bare feet (yes, running — the man had pasta).
The chicken alfredo pasta is WAY better than I expected, and nice and hot. I couldn’t stop eating it. Husband says the pizza was also very good. Breadsticks came with the pasta, and were all hot and deep-​dishy, love it.
Oh, the delivery guy also kept telling me to be careful with the hot marinara sides. Either he is very caring toward strangers, or I look like a klutzy pre-​teen whose mom is a lawyer.
(I’m not. She’s not.)

We ordered one of the $ 10 anything you want pizzas and one of the $ 10 dinner in a box pizza deals. Yes, I understand that ordered pizza based upon price, but I recall Pizza Hut being pretty good. I also ordered most of my Pizza Hut after smoking out, and it seems this made all the difference.
This was an online order on a whim. The pizza arrived about five minutes late, which isn’t a huge deal, but they gave themselves plenty of time to make it two blocks. This in and of itself is enough to prevent five stars, but the quality of the pizza is what really crushed the review. The large was a medium, I don’t care what they say. And it was not hot! It was fairly warm, but no longer seemed fresh. All in all, something of a disappointment. I’ll stick with Red Devil and Dalia’s in the future.
