Monstrous Pizza

If I could rate no stars I would. I placed my order and was told it would take 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, I get a call and was asked if I cancelled my order. I informed them that I didn’t. They confirmed my address and we ended the call. At one hour after my order I call them back. I was informed that my order was accidentally cancelled and they just made my pizza and that the person was «a block» away. Five minutes pass and I still didn’t receive my order. I called to cancel my order and said that it was my first time ordering from them and was disappointed about my experience. The person on the phone tells me «ok you can tell the driver when he gets there that you cancelled the order.» Really?! It’s my job also to inform the driver that I cancelled the order? Unbelievable!

Pizza is ok! It’s a step up from Little Caesars. I would give it 5 stars but I had better. My one and only concern is that my husband went to pick up the pizza and someone returned their pizza. Don’t know why, but a little concerning.

Usually get good service and good food, tonight was a first for monstrous pizza. They messed up the order so I called to fix it. No big deal right. Sent me another pizza this time the driver had attitude tried to say it was my fault that I messed up the order (but I order the same thing every time). So I take the pizza and it has an ingredient that is not even in that pizza. So I call back to fix it. The driver threatens to kick my ass. So I call to talk to manager and he is calling me a liar. All I’m saying is if I pay for some thing that’s what I’m expecting to get.

Ordered online around 7:15 pm and the website said the pizza would be delivered approximately 8:10 pm. 8:10pm rolls around and still no pizza. No worries I call them and see what’s the hold up. They say they had a huge amount of orders and my pizza is just leaving the restaurant. I reply with «okay, no problem» At 8:25 I receive a text saying that due to the delay in delivery the pizza is on them. All can I say… they were very accommodating and that pizza was delicious. Hawaiian Barbeque Pizza with garlic and jalapenos was straight up mouthwatering and satisfying in every bite.

Pizza is great. Service is great. Plus i love the very unique menu they offer. This is a must go for anyone in Covina.

If I had to describe the pizza from this place in one word it would have to be solid. The pizza place is located in a plaza with the 99 cents store, Carl’s Jr., and El Pollo Loco. Parking should not be a issue here. If you decide to pick up the pizza, better find another place to eat it. There are no tables or booths here, just a couple of seats and a bench for you to sit if you come before your pizza is ready. The place overall is very bright and pretty big for a pizza place that has no dining area.
I decided to get a large works pizza, which comes with Onions, Green Peppers, Pepperoni, Ham, Sausage, Black Olives, Mushrooms, and Parmesan Cheese. I was very satisfied with the pizza. The pizza had pretty good portions of the the toppings, and there was enough cheese to where the tomato sauce taste does not completely take over. The pizza was cut into big slices which I don’t mind at all.
The service here was adequate. I got there around 20 to 25 minutes after I called in to make my order and the pizza was ready. If I had one gripe here, it would have to be the small amount of peppers and Parmesan cheese they handed over to me. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the pizza here and I look forward to ordering here again!

You guys really need to try there Italian sausage with alfredo sauce pizza! It is the bomb. Also bought a large pepperoni Pizza and is to die for! Last but not least I bought the chicken Alfredo and it tastes just like my mom used to make. Whoever won that 1.5 billion Dollar Mega Millions, you should donate to Monstrous Pizza so that they can put a store in Chino Hills and in Rancho Cucamonga, also in North Hollywood. If I had it you can best believe I would.

You guys have become the first place I think of when i think of pizza delivered which is twice or three times a week on average good deals and good food going to order that bbq Hawain next looks like the bomb!!!
The food is bomb and big portions and the staff is way cool thank you again for the great deal

I said it once and I’ll say it again, the best pizza I’ve come across since I was stationed at Fort Dix New Jersey and that was in December 29, 1980

A good alternative if you’re tired of little Caesars, Pizza Hut, and dominos. Pizza isn’t the best in the world, but it’s still really good

Always happy when I come here. Even if the time is off a little bit or the order is wrong for whatever reason, they always put in a little something extra for the inconvenience. The pizza is amazing and for a great price! Not many places around like that.

I feel so disappointed by my fellow Unilocalers. I’m not sure what terrible pizza you guys have been eating in the past to think this is great. I’ve heard so many great things from this place so I thought I’d give it a try. I preferred showing up in person to see the menu since it was my first time. Customer service was nice and quick, I ordered and was told it would be 15 – 20 minutes.
My pizza looked yummy but it would of been nice if it wasn’t soaked in grease, I would get a slice and the grease would drip off. Not to mention the pizza wasn’t even good. The whole pizza had no flavor. The crust was plain, some parts of the pizza tasted undercooked other parts tasted overcooked.
Will I be ordering pizza from here again, NOT A CHANCE. I wouldn’t eat this pizza even if they were giving away free pizza’s.

Tonight, after working a long day, I called Monstrous Pizza for 1 large pizza and they failed horribly. It took an hour to get my pizza and when it came, it looked like my picture. I can’t explain how incredibly angry I am after waiting an hour for pizza and then having it arrived messed up. I got in a fight with my girlfriend, because I got mad about the terrible delivery service. There was two delivery boys btw! And the toppings slid to the right of the pizza during the delivery! It took two delivery boys and they still couldn’t keep my pizza safe! I will never recommend this delivery service. Furthermore I will tell all my friends to never use this delivery service. Beyond disappointing, like I am livid right now.

Lost a customer due to terrible mobile web page. I couldn’t even look at the menu without opening an account. Additionally, the website’s programming was terrible and I couldn’t even complete my order.

SUPER RUDE service. We ordered on the phone and were spoken to like we shouldn’t be bothering them. Then they missed some numbers when they were taking down my credit card, and when they asked me to repeat some numbers, they started blatantly and rudely getting frustrated instead of specifying on which numbers they wanted. I heard the service here was bad, but wow. Then the driver calls us lost because he didn’t have the address. What kind of a business are they running? Took him 10 mins to find us after he called.
Pepperoni Supreme Pizza would have been good if it wasn’t soaked in grease. I mean this thing was drenched in grease so much that it was soggy. Definitely not coming back.

I have fallen in love with pizza once again! The outside of this lovely pizza joint is truly deceiving. I thought this was going to be your typical town pizza spot but once again I was proven wrong!
My boyfriend and I were doing some late shopping at 99cent store that’s located next door which is always great and we wanted something quick to eat and go home.
Soo we happily walked in and was greeted as soon as we walked in with a smile. They had a great deal going on 2 medium pizzas for 13.99. For the price the pizza is really good! We ordered a pepperoni and chicken pizza. I did see that have created a pastrami pizza which I will be trying the next time I go in. Overall this place is awesome and I will be sure to make another trip back!

Just order 2 monstrous pizzas & I gotta say this just set the bar for in the whole pizza game !!! Never ordering dominos or Pizza Hut or any other pizza place!!! You guys are amazing plus deliver to my work !!! And they deliver to businesses!!! Also deliver to the mall locations!!!

Monstrous Pizza is located on the NW corner of Azusa and San Bernardino Aves, next to the 99 cent store; it’s a hard to see from the street. This is a «to-​go» location, so be aware when ordering. Ordered a Pepperoni Supreme and a Pastrami Pizza – they have coupons on their website so be aware of that as well.
Customer service was fine when I went to pick up the pizza (they do deliver as well), no problems at all, and so on to the food — -
Pepperoni Supreme Pizza. 3.5 stars.
This pizza had double pepperoni (a fav of ours) and the normal fixings. It tasted like a pizza hut pizza but nowhere as greasy, it was really good. I would get this pizza again, but I know of places (Big Rob’s) that makes a better pepperoni pizza.

Pastrami Pizza 100 stars
This pizza was the reason why I tried out this pizzeria, and WOW WOW WOW. I will say if you are sensitive to salt, you might find this salty, but I didn’t. They used a mustard sauce instead of pizza sauce, layered on the pastrami and served pickles on the side to eat with the pizza. Like the menu says, it’s like eating an open faced sandwich!!! See my picture; it was really really good and worth eating again. I am going to go back soon just for that pizza! And what I really liked is that it wasn’t fatty pastrami, it was very lean, and they used plenty of it.
We used a special, 2 14 inch pizza for $ 23, which was plenty of food for 6 people to eat. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Best pizza in town better than Pizza Hut, Dominos, whatever you could say, monstrous pizza has the best tasting pizza! I order the Hawaiian pizza, carnivore pizza, cheese pizza w/​pepperoni & mushrooms, you name it monstrous pizza is the best! It’s like In & Out of Pizza’s, just order, try it, taste it and write your review and Unilocal,tell us Unilocalers what you think about monstrous pizza. The cheese is so yummy and cheeeeeeezy, ingredients so fresh and tasty, I mean you can’t go wrong with monstrous pizza give them a try, there pizza comes delivered hot and fresh, and MmmMmMmm good! Hawaiian Pizza is my favorite and there chicken wings are good too. I like the wings well done xtra crispy… Eff da Rest ! Monstrous Pizza is simply the best!
