Pizza Hut

placed on phone order for delivery of 1 large pizza & wings, an hour later they are calling me to see if i still wanted my order of wings, i said well i would have liked my full order a half our ago like i was told it was gonna be here, instead the lady who called laughed about it… wow thats the kind of people pizza hut hires… if only i can give the place a negative star i would… strait up !

Placed online order with instructions to call if front door wasn’t open since I live in apartments. Apparently I missed their call and when I called to find out where my pizza was, the person who answered said it was on its way. Then called me back to say it wasn’t. that the driver had gone back after trying to call me once. I asked why the driver didn’t call again and I got no response. Wouldn’t the driver call the store to let them know? I’m being charged a deliver fee you think they would actually TRY to deliver the pizza!!! Could’ve made an attempt of calling again… or at least the store. Ending up ordering from dominos. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this location but certainly the last!!!

Horrible service. The asian guy who took my order was a jerk. I think he’s the manager. I will never go there again. No way!

I can’t endorse this restaurant in any way, because when I called to order a pizza the associate on the phone denied me the opportunity for delivery service.
The associate at this store would have me believe that the 3.0 mile distance from their store to my hotel is outside range of their service.
What I really think is that they are so lazy and comfortable with their job security, that they felt preserving the reputation of their business and increasing their daily revenue volume wasn’t worth their trouble.
If this were an isolated occurrence, I might have skipped writing this review of their indifferent attitude towards a customer; However, I received this same treatment from 2 other pizza hut stores.
Perhaps the owner (s) these local pizza hut stores is/​are either unconcerned with how the level of customer service provided by their employees negatively affects their revenue stream, or, they may just be as inattentive as their employees, and thus, be unaware of this opportunity (and perhaps others) to maintain a satisfied customer, as well as the reputation of their business.
I recommend that the owner (s) conduct secret shopper style investigations to attempt remedial corrective action, and that any other customers receiving this sort of sub-​par service, also take the time to write a review.

I ordered early-​about 3:45PM-which I thought would be a good thing… Got an email to spin and save. And wow – got 50% off! Sounds good. I order online and it says it will be 30 minutes – okay. I wait till 50 minutes have gone by and call to see if the driver had gotten lost – oh hang on let me check with the manager – he’s in the restroom right now. While on hold waiting for the manager to come out of the restroom there’s a knock at the door so I hang up the phone. I go to the door and ask if he had gotten lost – no response. So I say no response to did you get lost? He says I don’t get lost. He says he just came on – 12 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be delivered. So he actually made pretty good time. Everything was cold-​pizza, wings, waffle fries. The only good thing was the soda was cold too. The waffle fries-​which I have never had before and never will again-​were cold and hard. Totally inedible. The driver did his best but the store fell way short. Will think twice before I ever order from here again! Wasn’t even worth it at 50% off…

Pizza hut is a great place to get pizza. Im my opinion their deals are pretty good. Their service is great I’ve been ordering pizza from there for years and has never disappointed me. Their wings is off the chart!!! I’d rather get pizza hut wings than going to buffalo wild wings. Overall good quality pizza.

I really do not like rating chain restaurant because it is a waste of time because people will still go, but we had an awful experience. The stupid girl got my phone order wrong and gave me attitude about it. I said NO MEAT what so ever because my friend is a vegetarian and the pizza was loaded with sausage. I had to drive back while my other 2 pizzas got cold to get the right one. The manager said she would give me a coupon. No thanks all I wanted was my order to be correct and not waste my time.
Instead of pizza hut wasting money on coupons or discounts fixing the mistakes they made they should hire better people and not stupid girls who chew gum like a cow while you try to explain to them what just happened.

we went in last night for a late night pizza and it took us about 10 mins. to get helped and there was only 1 customer sitting down! and you hurd the workers talking and laughing in the back? i think they need a bell to ring or something. dissapointed.

Best pizza ever. I am never disappointed. I am surprised people don’t give this place a good rating. It is way better than most pizza restaurants.

I for one like pizza hut. You should know what you’re getting in terms of quality and taste. Don’t bitch about authenticity or price… its fast food. That being considered, 4 stars. It’d get 5 if it were addicting!

I’ve never had a bad pizza from this place. Wings, breadsticks… Great! I’ve been getting delivery from here for a couple of years now. Always fast. Always hot. I don’t get the bad reviews. Of course I tip the drivers at least $ 6-​$ 7 each delivery. I guess it pays off to be generous!

This place is awesome. Don’t call in your phone order. Why? Order it here so you can play Metal Slug 4 while you are waiting hahahah I guess that’s why I was soo impressed. The only places that still carry arcades games are like laundrymarts and… other laundry. marts lol The pizza is good. The veggie toppings felt cold, like they pulled them out of the freezer and put them on the pizza but overall, good pizza.

OK they tried but this was a big disappointment, the lady janet taking the call was sooo helpful, but i guess the ovens don’t know how to Not Burn the pizza and bread. The Wings are outrageous FYI ask for naked extra crispy wings w bone you will have a no carb meal and love it…

I visited this location when visiting some family members who live in the area. Definately make sure they tell you which location you are calling (apparently there’s 2 on the same street in the same city). The employees didn’t seem to happy to be there, can’t say I blame them but that’s not my problem. Even though I had called my order in, AND gave them an extra 10 minutes on top of the time given, I still had to wait. The food itself was okay, I mean it’s Pizza Hut– no big expectations… but the service could use a little boost.

After coming back to this place a week ago, I decided to bump the rating to 3. I didn’t wait much this time around and got me pizza exactly when I expected when I went to pick it up.

Eh… that’s what I’ll give this place.
I been here about 5 times in my life, but almost everytime I had to wait for my pizza even though I ordered in advance. Once, I waited for over 30 minutes and the people behind me were just as pissed as I was. But, to save themselves, they gave me a $ 20 credit towards my name. That saved them a little bit, but I’ll still give them 3 stars for effort, and only effort. You don’t really have to go… now…

Just make sure when you order your pizza and you do go to pick it up ask which one it is! there’s like four in a five mile radius! Service isn’t the best and the pizza only taste really good when you haven’t had it in a LONG time.
