Horrible customer service! Nearly impossible to get help in shoe dept. Salesperson would bring out a pair or two for us to try, then disappear. Had to track him down several times. Knowledge of products and fitting was almost nil. Store was not busy, but I would say over half of employees were constantly bantering with each other in the back room. The only positive spin on this was the nice cashier and the shoe sale that was going on.

Went here to get my son shoes for school. What great customer service! This guy went above and beyond to find him the shoes he wanted! He was looking all over for blue nikes! He was so excited to find them ! We will definitely be back. They have great prices too!

Customer service here is awful. This is our third time here and each time we’ve had to search for someone to help with shoes. There’s a man here now asking about arch support and other basics about the shoes. Guy helping him has no clue. He doesn’t even know what’s on sale. Too bad it’s the only sporting goods olace nearby.
