Poor customer service, ordered my drink and paid, and waited for about 8−10mins, there was a line so I completely understand. They call my name and slam my drink on the receiving counter, the young girl over filled the top and it was literally DRIPPING smoothie everywhere, the top of the lid had smoothie all over it. I looked at her and all she said she ‘sorry about that…’ And went on to the next drink. I had to pretty much pour all the liquid off the top into the trash can and wipe the cup and my hands clean. Was not impressed by their staff, or lack of customer service.

Twice this Jamba Juice has made my acai primo bowl more of a slushy than a smoothie. Makes it hard to eat and not nearly as tasty :(

Giving this Jamba Juice location 1 star mainly because of their customer service. I’ve came here at least 5 times since I live 10mins from it and have given this place a try multiple times.
Every time I have come here the employees are not that friendly and do not greet you. The 5 times that I have came here I have gotten the stare down. Like lol what? Idk you and you are staring me down? Very rude.
Anyway, for the drinks, it takes them a fairly long time to get out. And their drinks are VERY liquidity. I felt like I was just drinking a melted smoothie. Will not return ever again.

Love this place! My daughter and I come here every week after her dance class! The staff is so patient with her taking forever to choose her drink and kind about letting us tast samples! I will continue to come aftwr dance class!

Love the mango smoothie soo delicious! ! Love getting a drink from hear every time. The veggie and fruit ones are awesome and super delicious. Nice atmosphere and friendly people. Very quick aervice. Never disappointed.

Jamba Jamba Jamba Juice! This is like my third time trying a jamba juice out and I must say the smoothie taste amazing, the atmosphere smells fresh and the service is pretty with smiles haha. I had a very good short pit stop here thanx jamba juicers.

Brand new store but filthy. Stopped in at 630 tonight to find the floor in lobby area littered with pieces of paper, napkins, and straw wrappers. A garbage can in the lobby was overflowing. I could see particles of food on the floor behind the counter, obviously visible to the public. Bathrooms were gross and out of toilet paper. For a new store I am surprised.
Smoothies were excellent as usual.

2 girls working. its 930 am. why would one be cleaning right now? its very slow and inefficient at this location. i got a citrus kick 16 oz. im positive about 2 oz was missing! oh well. i will not be returning to this location until better management.

In the 20 plus years of being a Jamba Juice regular customer I’ve always had an excellent experience including a friendly and warm when walking in the store to a simple how’s your day. I unfortunately had an experience so miserable that I probably will never visit the covington location again. I just was discharged from the hospital for back surgery and I could think of no other place that I wanted to go more than Jamba Juice on the way home. Savannah the person at the register appeared angry when I was approached. She began clicking her fingers nails on the register as if to try and speed me up despite there being no person behind us. I asked is they can make a jthat’s been retiremed from the menu but like all other locations they have a sheet to look up the ingredients which are strawberries, bananas. Raspberries. Orange juice and frozen yogurt. Her response was extremely negative.

Nothing but good ’bout my experience in this Jamba Juice.
Couldn’t remember the name of the one my aunt had recommended, aske the gal at the counter and she very kindly suggested the Razzmatazz.
The small looked too small for my appetite so I got the medium, and boy was it plentiful! So tasty, filling but not heavy, smooth consistency and awesome flavor. I really dig Jamba Juice as a chain and this was a nice establishment.
The Razzmatazz does have a tartness (which I LOVE) so if you can’t handle a twang, then maybe go for something milder.

Ordered two Jamba Juices — two of the same one. The guy making it used two blenders, blended it a little. When we got home a quarter of all drinks had ice chunks! Why not use one blender for both drinks (common sense and speeds up time) and how did we have chunks. I can’t imagine making a Jamba Juice is like rocket science!

I like Jamba juice and this is no exception. It is in a great location to stop at before my drive home, but the lot in general is a little awkward and it can be hard to get out if you come at a high volume time. The staff have been super friendly every time.
Never been to Jamba Juice? (Tries to restrain living under rock joke as surely if you’re on Unilocal you’ve visited before…) I always recommend the Strawberry surfrider if you’re looking for a smoothie with a little zing or a peanut butter moo’d for a sweet treat. One free boost and lots of healthy choices if that’s your thing (plenty of choices if it’s not too). I also love that they have steel cut oatmeal now!
