Really sucks. It took an hour and a half for us to eat there. My waitress put tons of extra charges on my wing order. I ordered one blue cheese in 1 rach and she put like a billion ranches on my check. The waitress was just plain dumb. It was a horrible experience.

Terrible service. Waited over an hour for food. Drinks not refilled. Place was not that busy.

I eat here about once a month. These guys know how to do wings, there is probably no one better out there period. The counter to that is that the rest of the food for the most part is average to poor. The grilled chicken is awful, whether in a wrap or a salad — stay away. And that is weird that they do chicken wings so well but the grilled chicken is the worst. The appetizers for the most part are pretty good, nothing spectacular but solid. Burgers, sandwiches and the rest — all about average. You go here for the wings and beer and a few appetizers — stick with that.

Wings are pretty good. Sometimes they a little dry and over cooked. Seating area is noisy. Wait staff was good. I eat there every couple of months.

A group of 7 of us came in for lunch and was seated within a couple minutes. The waitress was very kind and attentive. With a big order like that with different numbers of wings and sauces it could have been difficult but our waitress got it perfect. They had every kind of game on at the time. They do also split checks. I would recommend coming in!

The absolute worst service in the world! To start if off we were seated with no utensils, and took the waiter 15 – 20 min to take our order. So… we came in at 8:08 sat down and finally got our food at 9:33. When we finally got our food… A year later… It was completely f%#*ed up. Wong orders, cold meals… The list goes on and on. Asked to speak to the manager, and one never came, my waiter was filled with excuses. BWWWAS Completely ridiculous. Myself along with my crew will never come back.

Stopped in after a Pelican’s game to redeem the«Free Fries if Pelicans score 100» promotion, manager wouldn’t honor it because they were not a participating location. Either they are doing so well at this location that they don’t need returning customers, or they’re doing so bad that they can’t afford a few orders of free fries to customers who are obviously buying other menu items(my buddy and I ordered wings and a beer, came to $ 31 before tip). Either way, the last couple of times we’ve been there, there’s always a fair amount of trash on the floor and the bathroom needs some repairs(missing soap dispenser). Food is typical bar fare, nothing special, service and atmosphere are below par… definitely not worth it in my opinion.

I have gone to this BWW a few times and have not ever had to send my food back. My boyfriend ordered wings, as usual, and they were great. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, which sounded pretty good aside from the rest of their bland sounding menu. What I got was literally something the cook must have learned to cook at McDonald’s. It looked like it was thrown together in about 2 seconds. With one or two chicken strips in the whole wrap, and mostly vacated by lettuce and cheese. The wrap wasn’t even grilled and was cold. Please see picture. Needless to say, I sent it back because I was absolutely not appealed by the dish. The waitress was great and got it taken off our tab. We tipped her the difference and went home happy. Not sure this place will be on my radar in the future.

Brings back old memories. Unfortunately, those are memories of eating in gas stations and 7 Elevens as a teenager. On a better note, you ~can~ get a decent beer with your SLAMMERS™ … or it really would be just like eating deep fried, frozen, defrosted, re-deep fried, and then microwaved food-like«stuffs» while you are sober. The upsides(vs a gas station) is that you get a table AND a chair, there are about 4,000 TeeVees, and very friendly staff bring your poppers or slammers or zingers directly to you in a saucy heap that really doesn’t require you to have cutlery. They also seem to have an excellent«Come As You Are» dress policy, not to be outdone by the food court at Circle K. Friendly staff, cold beer, food is a total miss.

If it’s wings I’m looking for cooked the way I like them, I go to BWW. I’ve tried wings from several other area places and BWW has the best. The food is great, the service is not. Almost every time I order take out, my order is screwed up in one way or another. While sitting in the restaurant waiting for my order, I notice there are wait staff walking around and they all look like they hate their job. The girl who took my phone-in order was quite unpleasant and she was borderline rude. I think BWW would be 1,000% better if they had a more friendly & professional staff, and the lack of this is a direct reflection on whoever the current store manager is. He/she should be replaced ASAP, and hire all new staff.

Went for a late lunch. We ordered an app and we were missing an item. We tried to flag down our server but all the servers were sitting down eating. Will never be going back.

Not a ton of options here for non– meat folks. However, I can get by with a black bean burger, shrimp poppers, mozzarella sticks(really good), celery & carrot sticks to munch on. I strongly advise against getting the spinach artichoke dip! It was terrible. Otherwise, BW’s is a good place to hang out, drink some beer(they have a pretty extensive list) & watch the game. They have tons of tv’s in all areas, I prefer the bar area for: faster service, visual of beer options on tap.

There are quite a few places to eat quite nearby to this restaurant but I decided to try this one. I was shown to my table quickly by the hostess and told my server would be with me shortly. The restaurant was not over busy but quite a few tables were occupied. My server seemed a little preoccupied with the next table but took my order for drink and food. Took quite a while for my food to arrive but in the meantime my server was at the next table talking to the man seated there, not about his food but where he was going! Brought out my food and went back to talking to the man about maybe going with him the next time he went to Texas! I managed to catch the eye of another server to ask for mayonnaise but as the food was barely warm I didn’t eat much of it. I did watch other customers who seemed to enjoy their food which seemed to come out quite quickly. I guess I was just unlucky with my server, she did come and collect my plate and leave me my check so guess she can’t be all bad.

This is a easy 5 star location if you rate everything from the manager down. The servers are great and friendly. One night I went in and we were drinking for happy hour. Our last call drink turned into 6 drinks for 3 people because the server kept«messing up». I don’t know if it was intentional or not, but we were drinking the same thing all night and all of a sudden, we had«wrong orders» and got free beer. I have no idea if it’s intentional, but it is what it is. The other night I went in there and yet again shut it down. Last call again and the bartender saw my glass for 1⁄3 full. So she made the suggestion of me ordering now, and she would pour it later. I said it would be cool and I finished my beer. The manager comes out and asks why I just got a fresh beer when last call was 5 minutes ago and she told him why. He then said I needed to hurry up and get out. His name was Dusty and I then spoke to some people that work there and found out good olé Dusty has some issues. Not the best at following company policy and just overall rude. Now this is the first time I have called someone out in a Unilocal review and I would not have if it were a server or bartender. A manager treating a customer like crap is a bad example for a place that is good overall. I feel bad for anyone with a manager like this.

I really love this chain, enough that I used to drive 20 miles to the next town over to get wings, but after three trips to this one, I’m going to avoid it for a while. Food was good all three times, but service was bad to horrible all three times. First time was shortly after they opened. I came in for lunch, got seated fairly quickly, but after the waitress took my drink order, it took 15 minutes for her to come take my food order. Second time I brought my family for dinner. They brought mine and my wifes food, but not my son’s. After about 5 minutes I had to flag down our waitress, and when she went to check, she came back to say they lost the order in the kitchen. My son finally got his food about 20 minutes after ours. Today I went in for lunch, ordered a berry lemonade like I always do at lunch, and when the waitress brought my third refill asked did I know that there were no free refills on the lemonades. Every other time I’ve eaten there, they were free, so I was shocked to find out that I had drank $ 9 worth. When I told her they had always been free before she told me I was mistaken, they had never been free. It would have been nice to know after the first one, so I could have switched to water.

Buffalo Wild Wings has good food, but suffers from service related issues. Located in the newest retail development off of I-12, Buffalo Wild Wings is still very new. The restaurant is sports themed and has televisions covering every square inch of the restaurant. I came here on a Sunday and was seated immediately. The restaurant is quite large, but was very crowded. The server was friendly, but service was very slow. To his credit he did warn us that the kitchen was backed up, but everything from drinks to food took an abnormally long time. BWW focus on wings and has an enormous variety of flavors in boneless and traditional styles. I opted for the traditional in hot and habanero flavor. I also ordered a buffalo chicken salad. The wings were very good. They were perfectly fried and well coated with sauce. The sauces were both hot, but not overpowering. The salad was just ok. The chicken was not coated in sauce and was very dry. Next time I will just stick with wings. The restaurant would be a great place to watch a game with all of the TVs. I will probably be back, but will wait a few months to let them work out their service problems.
