Euphorium – Covington

I’ve been a regular at this dysfunctional store for a few months and decided that I’ve had enough. The prices here are way too high even for retail. The selection is poor if there is even a selection at that time. Most of their staff are helpful and friendly. Their management not so much, especially the only blonde girl there. She is very rude and condesending, and will always leave you feeling stupid and disgusted with the company. With their first come first serve policy, it’s very common to wait 15−20min with only 2 people in line! They also try to buy positive reviews with 20% off if you show them your «positive review» on
. I’ve had multiple problems with this location and staff. From the store being late to open to immature employees expecting a tip in their «donation jar», the owner of the company ‘Shane’ has shown no interest in listening or responding to his customers complaints. Maybe there are just too many… I have not visited the lynnwood or woodinville locations and probably won’t.

This place is fantastic! The employees are very friendly and helpful, and they ask good questions to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. All of their recommendations have been spot on, and I feel very comfortable asking questions. Pricing is reasonable, tends to run $ 18-​$ 20 per gram, but I expect that with retail dispensaries with good bud. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Would not recommend VERY small selection and they don’t have not even one strand for 10 $ per gram. everything is way over priced and it isn’t even top self stuff they are charging outrageous prices for. i don’t see this place Lasting long the way they take advantage of the customer.

I love this store! Super friendly and knowledgable staff, and the prices are great! The bud is amazing, the best I’ve smoked, and the location is convenient. I’m so glad I checked this place out.
