Love this place! All the things you never knew you needed and more. Great time killer if you’re in the area but be careful or you’ll walk out with things you never intended to buy. The people that work here are some of the happiest in the retail world and always willing to help.

Who doesn’t like Costco??? The only thing I wish they work harder on is a better Organic section. I have asked them a thousand times for Kitten food to support rescuers… they support dogs but not cats… If these fixed these issues, I would give them a 5.

Costco is one of my favorite places to shop at! I can spend hours (and a lot of $$) in Costco! Anything from vegetables to paleo food products to clothes catch my attention. I’m a sucker for food vendors who convince me that my family needs to try their products. I’m here at least once a week for fresh fruit and veggies and monthly for all other needs. Costco is my favorite all in one store!

This is my go 2 place… I have shopped here for years and with a large family it really works well… Now with the kids grown and mostly gone it still works as well for us… I vacuum seal and freeze and you cant beat the prices or quality. With my executive membership my reward check more than pays for my annual membership. No matter how busy it is the lines move fast.

Best Costco in WA. Clean store, friendly staff and a huge selection. And let’s face it– parking matters. Covington has a giant parking lot that’s easy to navigate and gas pumps are behind store so they don’t mess with parking lot traffic.

I encountered a problem yesterday when I purchased an LG 4K Ultra HD TV. Now, let’s not forget that I’m a frequent shopper here, and I most likely spend more than I need to, (don’t we all?). Once I got home, set up my new tv, and turned it on, I realized that the screen on the inside of the tv was cracked! Obviously, my first instinct was to call the store, and the lady who picked up told me that she had returned that tv this morning, and it should have NOT been out on the floor. Ok, I get it, I just want the same tv. Shortly after, I pack the tv back up, and drove back. Now, I sat in an hour of traffic there and back because of construction, and I wanted to go back to this exact Costco, and let them know that they need to be more cautious of their returns. The lovely older woman at the return counter helped me, and was very accommodating, I wish I got her name, but I was too busy stressing out. I wanted to speak to the manager so they could be more alert and not let this happen to anyone else. I simply asked if I could pick out another TV with the same options, size, etc for the same price because the one I wanted now, (the tv I bought was the last one) wasn’t probably more than $ 30 more than my tv I had just bought. The manager (Danielle) then tells me, «I can take $ 10 off»…that’s when I lost it. Did you really just sell me a returned tv from your staff member, and you expect me to get over it with $ 10?! I still do not understand why they couldn’t have given me another tv and override it after everything I went through. We then proceeded to involve the assistant manager (?), Anthony. WOW, this man was SO rude! He came down, didn’t even say a word to me, and just looked at me! Like??? What is your problem??? If you’re a manager, you should have some communication skills, but this man just lacked SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE! I was standing there feeling as if I was begging him for something I paid for. Never did he ONCE greet me, smile, or talk to me without a «I’m better than you» tone of voice, and looked annoyed. I never once raised my voice until I came face to face with ANTHONY. IN THE MIDDLE OF TALKING TO HIM, HE TURNED AWAY AND LEFT! Sir, are you ok??? How did you even get up to become manager if this is how you treat your customers? I was so frustrated that he left in the middle of a conversation without resolving anything, so I’m just left standing there clueless, tv-​less, and insulted. The lady who helped me with the return saw the look on my face, then talked to me, she was so calm and understanding. She even helped me resolve my problem, Anthony never came back down to apologize or anything. Without her, I probably would’ve went off on the management. Covington Costco needs to reevaluate their staff, and think twice about who should be in charge. People at the door were nicer than Anthony, maybe he should be a cashier instead, it wouldn’t hurt to learn some communication skills… Or all of the other skills that he lacks.

Love this location, very helpful and friendly staff. Short lines for the gas station. Don’t have to circle the parking lot like the Tukwila location.

Stopped here for gas mid-​day and it wasn’t as crazy as one may have experienced at other Costco’s. This one is a little more low key and away from a lot of traffic.

I love our Costco! Its great, fantastic, awesome, perfection great for purchasing things for all occasions. The staff is awesome, like it is at all Costco warehouses. I just can’t say enough great things about our Covington Costco!

I love Costco! I always go in for only one or two items and come out with a million things. Lol Their bathrooms are always clean; the people are always friendly and helpful. I love how many options I have for anything I want. Great place to shop.

Normal costco store haven’t ever had any issues here this is another one of my go to stores the only thing I wish costco did was carry the same things at each store

Covington, WA:
I remember so looking forward to this store’s opening, as I practically passed by it daily. It was much heralded by the community also, as we all no longer had to head for either Tukwila, by Southcenter, or out to Federal Way. I still enjoy shopping at this store, one of my favorites, for the its convenient location, friendly staff, and generally being less busy than any other Seattle area store that I’ve been in. The very fact that it’s Costco, with their very generous return policy, makes shopping here a fun experience. Try the mass quantity, and if it doesn’t work out, bring it back!
SUBJECTIVE THOUGHT
This isn’t the only Costco store arranged like this but why do they set up the Returns Department in a location that forces entering customers to walk against customers exiting the store, in order to make a return? But enter through the normal entry way? No loss of stars as the staff was very friedly.

Costco is the shit. Don’t ever talk to me if you disagree. Why in the hell wouldn’t you want a box of 30 granola bars, the biggest (and most delicious) muffins you’ve ever seen, free samples, AND a solid (and cheap) food *court*?!
I come to Costco to pick up snacks and stuff to put in lunches for the week. Never have I ever felt more inclined to spend money than I do here — it’s like heaven, or what I’d imagine heaven to be like.
Word of advice though: if you’re going to go during the weekend, go in the MORNING. If you go during mid-​day or evening, you’re just asking to be playing bumper carts in every aisle.

If you don’t mind long lines and people hovering for a free sample, this is the place to go. Costco is amazing. Really though — the lines are long but they go quick, lots of registers. Huge parking lot, also has a Costco gas center. Easy to find and access off of Hwy 18 in Covington, also lot’s around the store to do and eat. Friendly staff, lots to look at (duh, it’s Costco). Make sure you come for lunch, the samples are so worth it. They have all kinds of different things, and you can easily find the item you are trying cause it is usually stocked right next to where you get the sample. You might have to be a little assertive to get a sample though, normal people grab one a move so the next person can take one, but some people like to be dumb and stand right in front so nobody else can get one, even better when they park their carts right there and have their five children going for their second or third serving before you get your first. Rude. They have everything from TVs, computers, vacuums, wine, produce, meats of all sorts, ready to bake dinners, and then as much bulk food as you can ever need. I swoop up a couple huge jugs of apple juice and these delicious ready to eat pinwheel sandwiches every time I come in. Usually pretty busy on the weekends (but the samples are the best then!) Come in during the Holidays and do basically all your shopping — there are toys, games, dvd’s, clothing (seahawks sweatshirts and t-​shirts!), camping supply, wine!!, gift sets and more!
The staff is super nice, always willing to help you find something, or help you get your cart to your car. Well, except sometimes the ladies at the front door are very rude about «where’s your Costco card, you can’t come in without your card» so be prepared if you send your kid in late, or your husband is joining you after you’re inside, they will hassle you. They’ve literally made me wait until someone from my family came to the door like… seriously.
If you are hungry checking out, they have a little pizza place up front. The berry smoothie is amazing. It’s cheap food, pizza slices are huge. Pick up a full one to take to-​go to bring home after a long shopping trip.
Just wanted to give a special shout out about last night — my family and I came into the Verizon to get new phones and were there a bit after closing. I, having the attention of a goldfish, ended up wandering to the TV area to find something to watch since we would be there a few hours. Frozen was on with the volume cranked up, but when I discovered Star Trek was on the TV next to it — I camped. I sat on the floor and watched. One of the guys in the TV section came over, turned off Frozen, and turned up the volume on Star Trek. You sir can be my new best friend — thank you. Speaking of phones, if you need help in the wireless center, speak with Antonio — he is SO nice and SO helpful and will walk you through everything with a smile on his face. A+ for customer service in this store (besides those front door ladies!)

I like how this one is a quicker Costco to go in and out. I go here for the rotisserie chicken and salad mixes :)
