I would give them a 1 star if I could for the Manager insulting me so terribly. I purchased a pack of cigarettes «Kools» to be exact. I brought them home and when I opened them up there was diaper material stuffed in them. This is not the first time I have came across this, third time actually in less than a year. But first time at this location. I bought it back to them the next day with my receipt for an exchange and the Manager says she doesn’t know anything about the issue and denies me an exchange. I even told her she could make a quick call to another location that could verify this problem. She would not. She just called me a liar and didn’t care one bit about resolving the issue.
