This has to be the worst location ever! They are extremely unorganized, and no one knows a thing. It took 2 hours to pick up an online order after getting the runaround for the longest. Customer service was sending us to one place while the other departments were sending us back to customer service. Turns out that customer service was supposed to be helping us all along. Then, we received absolutely no apology for all the time wasted and confusion caused by them. While we were waiting, at least ten other people came in complaining as well. They, too, received the runaround with no apologies. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Never again! Do yourself a favor, and stay away. Go a couple of exits down to Target or Walmart…
