Never again!!! The second you walk in this place and realize these are the same people demanding 15 an hour, you will laughingly turn around and walk right back out. Service is slow, food is absolute garbage, and the place is really dirty. I honestly deserve a personal one star for even going here to begin with.

Don’t ever go here after the club. They always have some type of issues or restrictions such has the fryer don’t work, the registers are down or etc. just close after 11pm bc your 3^rd shift sucks.

Slowest McDonald’s ever. Do yourself a favor if you are in the mood for fast food please keep driving and find another restaurant. This place takes longer than a sit down dinner while you are sitting in the drive thru!

This location is S-​L-​O-​W. It doesn’t matter if you choose the drive-​thru or carryout, prepare to wait at least 10 minutes. I chose the drive-​thru last time I went and it took forever. All I ordered was one hash brown and a small McCafe mocha. When I got to second window to grab my food, I had to wait. When I did finally get my coffee, it tasted horrible. The mocha is supposed to come with whipped cream and have chocolate in it and this one had neither. Too bad I had already driven away. Bottom line: Don’t order coffee from this location. If I’m desperate I may come back for breakfast food, but I will never get coffee from this location again.

Horrible restaurant my wife and I went inside to order some food for some friends of ours. Thinking we’d be 5 minutes it took 20 minutes. And the manager was moping the floor when there was 6 people waiting for there order. Don’t go here place sucks

Good sausage, egg & cheese biscuit and coffee. Wasn’t crowded, service good and quick. Perfect for a quick breakfast.
The manager at the front counter had total control of restaurant, ensuring orders got out quick and everyone got a «thank you» and «Have a nice day». Very impressed with the working environment and how they treated the customer. Thanks!

Good people, but horrible management. Process is slow. Waited for ten minutes and was late for church.

If I could give negative stars, I would. How does McDonald’s run out of Coke?! We went through the drive through late on Thursday. It took forever to get horrible food. Just because it’s late at night doesn’t mean I deserve cold and gross McDonald’s. Fries were old and cold. Asked for condiments and got home and had none. This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in the world. Do yourself a favor and don’t go.

Worst Mcdonalds in the history of Mcdonalds. If you want to ever waste 20 min in line at a drive thru and not get your food then go to the Covington Mcdonalds.

Friendly staff. Typically fast and correct. Not modern décor like most. This location charges for most extras on food. Will ‘close’ during bar time on weekends

Why did I even go here? I broke my no McDonald’s rule for a milkshake and I hate myself for it. Here are the problems I ran into:
1) This was the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. It took 11 minutes to get a stinkin milkshake
2) I asked for no whipped cream. I got whipped cream. Is it really that hard?
3) I ordered chocolate, but it tastes like ¾ chocolate, ¼ strawberry. Blech.
Just don’t.

If you are eating at McDonald’s you do not care about your health or Earth… shame shame shame

This is by far the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff does not care if they get your order completely wrong. They do not care if you have to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes. I think of all the times I have come to this location (and this is the loction nearest my house), they have only gotten my order correct once! And all the other times they have gotten it wrong, the situations were never fixed. Let me give you one example of how bad this is. I once ordered a double cheeseburger, no mustard. I received a double cheeseburger, NO MEAT! Which I guess doesn’t even make it a double cheeseburger. Just bread and random toppings. AND, they put mustard on it. Isn’t that funny? Not at the time it wasn’t. I skipped lunch that day. Trust me, I was pissed. SO, unless you’re willing to wait entirely too long for an order that will be 90% wrong, don’t come here. STAY AWAY.

Ordered a Happy Meal and received about 8 cold fries and no toy! Fail, Fail, Fail…

Well, it’s McDonald’s. My son loves the arches, so this is where we go for daddy-​dates sometimes.
Food comes out a little slower than «fast-​food» at this location.
Also, make sure to let me know if you hang out for more than 30 mins… there’s a large sign on the door of this location that says you cannot stay longer than that «while consuming food.» Hard to miss…

This is a decently clean restroom but nothing special. Like all McDonalds the restroom and whole store has been renovated for a more modern adult feel. the restroom was clean but doesn’t look like it has been really scrubbed hard.
I’m still wondering why McDonalds hasn’t jumped on the xlerator bandwagon yet. Man i love those hand dryers!
Not that i have a baby that needs changed but some guys do, so where better to do that than a baby changing station. Unfortunately this restroom does not have one so i guess its back out to the car or as I’ve
the past (not at this McDonalds) just do it right there at the booth… eeeewwwwwwww

This has got to be the worst establishment in the country. The couple times I’ve been to this McDonald’s location have been horrific, but this past one will be the last.
I asked the cashier if I would get the most monopoly pieces if I ordered a large number one and she said that was correct. I ordered a large number one (Big Mac meal), paid the cashier and drove to the next window. When I got to the second window the girl advised me that the cashier had put the order in as a medium and I would have to give her 50 cents for the large. I explained that I had ordered a large and should not have to pay for the cashiers mistake. The girl ended up giving me a sweet tea cup with diet coke, a medium size fry, and a big mac container all of which did not have any monopoly pieces. I noticed the error once I was home, so I had to drive back to the store. I explained to the manager, that I was given the wrong items. The girl at the second window gave me the wrong order again, and then the manager took it back and replaced it with the correct order. I told the manager I didn’t feel I should have to pay for the experience and he advised the my card was not charged. I asked very clearly multiple times if my card had been charged and the manager eventually admitted that the original charge had not been reversed. The manager claimed that the charge could not be reversed because it had been completed on the previous day (it was around midnight). I checked the original receipt and had ordered after midnight, which I then told to the manager, but he still refused to reverse the charge. I returned the food and he still refused to refund my money and then threatened to call the police.
I realize that I probably shouldn’t get worked up over an interaction with the late night crew at a fast food restaurant as they’re almost guaranteed to be social and mental degenerates, but this interaction went to horribly wrong that I had to write about it.
There’s no way in hell I’ll ever return to this particular location.

OK, I gave a McDonald’s five stars? Let’s face it: we’re talking a fast food outlet here, not a top-​rated white-​linen restaurant. I am comparing it to other fast food places in the vicinity. If this is the basis, my experience was five-​star.
Breakfast, 9am, Wednesday morning. Walked in from across the river, fine sunny day, 63 degrees. Already in a good mood when I entered. Was greeted by a cashier even before I had my sunglasses off. I ordered my usual — egg mcmuffin, medium strawberry-​banana smoothie, water cup — and was allowed to swipe my own credit card (don’t have to worry about prying eyeballs on my numbers).
Order came out even before I had time to fill my cup with ice and water. Can’t beat that. Food was its usual consistent almost tasty, but at least you know exactly what you are going to get: no surprises like you might get at other chains.
Restaurant employs one worker to solely clean behind customers. Another is outside spraying the lot and emptying garbage cans. Lots of business, yet the place is clean.
Great (by fast food standards) experience.

Yes, there is always a long line in the drive-​thru of this McDonald’s. It’s not because the service is bad though. It’s because it’s the only McDonald’s in Covington and people love fast food in Kentucky.
Come on people, you give it 1 star because you had to wait in line? Not their fault. Yell at the hungry-​face in front of you who ordered 3 Big Macs, a large fry, apple pie, McFlurry, and large Coke. There are some seriously HUNGRY people at this McD’s.
It’s a McDonald’s. It’s like any McDonald’s. Take it or leave it. No better, no worse. My food has always been fine here. It’s close to my house, and yes, it’s very busy, but people love themselves some cheap meat.
