After I made an appointment, I saw previous reviews, then I began to worry. I decided to give them a chance since they offered me a very good rate to do a furnace tune-​up.
It turned out that the work was done OK, though I was hoping that the technician could spend more time to examine the furnace carefully. The furnace tune-​up didn’t include the filter change, which probably made the price low. The technician did suggest me to do some repair, which I think he was right, but when I asked for a writing estimate, he declined. Well, I prefer a writing estimate than a verbal estimate.
I may consider them again for a tune up, but I probably will not call them for more major work like repair or installation.

Tankless hot water heater installed. Done as cheap as possible. Looks it too. They had 5 stars with rennai at the time but now rennai does not have any stars for any contractor. I do not recommend these guys.

Wish I would have read the previous post before continuing to work with this company! Agree 100% with there review… shotty work and TERRIBLE customer service. Had to have someone else come out today to fix his work!!!

Completely agree with other review. Had this guy come out to inspect furnace before selling house. He told me heat exchanger was cracked and was leaking CO. Didn’t seem right, CEO brought out two other HVAC professionals. Others actually inspected heat exchanger to confirm no cracks and confirmed no CO issue. He wants your money, nothing more. Stay away.

Buyer Beware: Totally dishonest company. They will take your money and give you shoddy work!!!
I have never been robbed by a contractor that would make me want to even write a review but after the fleecing I took from this company I signed up on Angie’s List just to warn other people.
I was given a verbal quote of $ 300.00 to do the work and he then turns around and charges me over $ 870 for that job claiming the part was more money even though I have found it all over the web for a much lower cost.
He also charged me over $ 130.00 just to look at the furnace and give me a quote on what needed to be fixed.
After paying $ 1000.00 the furnance still didn’t work and I was given a quote for $ 672.00 to get the furnace working again. So we are looking at $ 1700.00 to get the furnace working I told him to go to hell!
I then looked on Angie’s List and found someone reputable, East Hill, and they charged me 160.00 and said that is all the furnace ever needed. It has worked great all winter.
A fool and his money departs easily and if you don’t heed these warnings you will do the same. Google this jerk and you will see his shoddy work all over town.
