Office Depot

This office depot is the best! I have been using this store as my office supply and print house for a while for my small business. My budget is small but my company has certain office needs that cannot be denied. The people in the print department are awesome! I can email over what I want to be created and have it half done and not capable of finishing it and they will do it for you — and it will awesome. Then they print and you just show up and pay! When my dog went missing, I sent over a pic of my lost dog and a poster I made at home and when I came to pick them up — the whole staff was sad and charged me nothing. And the poster was flipping beautiful. I did get my dog back, btw. Recently, I purchased something that failed on me due to defect on the product. The manager worked it out for me beyond anything a person could ever hope for. I am not going to give specifics because I wouldn’t want this great store to be taken advantage of – but I will say this, he went over and above and offered me great, old fashioned service that you just can’t get anywhere these days. I came here to return bubble mailers I’d purchased at another location. The other location had wrung them up incorrectly but this location was willing to help out.
I had bought them on a buy two, get one free deal and they refunded the price of two (my full purchase price). Which is pretty much cheating. And thoroughly awesome.

Stopped in yesterday to buy ink cartridges for our old-​tyme HP PSC. The duo-​pack I needed was sold out but a sign said I could order it in-​store and have it delivered for free. I was assisted in doing this by Mike who was helpful and kind as could be. The entire process took at most 10 minutes and I was on my way. The ink should be delivered today! How is that for service.
The store was clean and while busy for a Monday morning, the staff was handling it efficiently.

I never hesitate shopping here because of the great sale prices, knowledgeable staff and good service. I have bought computers and peripherals, a camera, school supplies, miscellaneous office-​type paper stuff. I also do any copying here that I need and just got a coupon in the mail I can use on some flyers I need to print. I wish other stores would take a lesson from OD.

They always have what I need and continually surprise me with the courteous staff.

They lost my business check order, it never went to the printer and then the second order arrived several days later than was promised which screwed up making payroll and a domino effect that was un-​freaking-​believeble. Will never shop there again!
