Rude employees. They are pushy and obviously all friends. Went in once before and they would not leave us alone. Kept asking and asking, then wouldn’t accept that we only wanted one shoe pair, not part of the BOGO. Went in today 5 minutes before closing. Doors were still open… walked right to my size found the shoe I wanted. A lady came rushing from the back of the store. Told me «We’re closed, you need to go.» I literally was grabbing what I needed. And then as I was standing there literally dumbfounded, she came back, and said seriously you need to leave. She watched me exit and then tried to tell me to come back. She then proceeded to watch me get in my car and was staring me down through the window. She then got the keys and while not breaking eye contact, went to the door and locked it. Ridiculous. I understand working retail, as I have worked many years in that field. I also currently work a second job in this industry. You never chase customers out.

Nice place to go for the kids especially for ballet and tap shoes. I had gone to a couple places before and couldn’t find the right size for my daughter. Stepped into Payless and I wished that I had gone here first. They gave us lots of helpful tips on sizes for ballet and tap shoes so that we wouldn’t grow out of them too soon but also they wouldn’t be too big that they hurt her feet.

Your typical Payless — they were having a BOGO sale. Saleslady was really nice and very helpful. It’s not easy taking a 4 yr old shoe shopping! They were well stocked. Would definitely go back to this location.
