I was here yesterday and got the usual #26. It’s the vegetable Phở. This is the best vietnamese food around, I’m never disappointed. The owner is super sweet and will chit chat with you about her family without being obtrusive.

Delicious, consistent Vietnamese food! I have been here numerous times, and order Togo all the time. Food is authentic, and even if you are new to Vietnamese food, there is definitely something you could try and wouldn’t be disappointed.

We love, love this Place ! I am so glad we finally found a vietnamese restaurant on the northshore that is excellent. Very affordable, great location and super friendly staff. The food is always delicious and fresh. Everything that I have tried on the menu, I have loved. The summer rolls, phở soups and rice vermicelli bowls, oh my gosh, all delicious. Even my kids that were not familiar with this type of food, have become huge fans ! I would recommend everyone to try Phở Siagon (in front of Super Walmart in covington). Believe me, there is something for every one. If you are not sure about what to get, no problem, the super friendly staff including the owner will help you choose. Just ask. You are always treated like family at Phở Saigon !

Everyday si a good day for Phở and this week was no exception. Found a small gem where the Phở is tasty and the viet sandwiches are good. Phở Dac Biet (**** stars) broth was deep and flavorful and the noodles were not as sticky as I am used to. The viet sandwiches are excellent, EXCEPT for the bread. The roll are doughy and thick and I wish there was a better roll. The pâté is savory and I wish the places in Gulfport/​Biloxi use had it.

Wow! This spot is delicious, unpretentious, affordable and did I mention delicious? Wait staff and owner and super friendly and very helpful even if folks aren’t familiar with Vietnamese food. The meatballs in their phở are to die for! Mr. B loves their Bún bò Huê. They serve it authentically with blood cake and ham hock, but they are happy to do substitutions for less adventurous eaters. We’ve also tried the pork summer rolls, and they are equally delicious. Everything is flavorful and perfectly seasoned. We have since moved out of Covington, but we make special trips back just to visit Phở Saigon!

The fried egg rolls are delicious! Wrap them in the bed of greens that come with them on the plate. Yum! I love the phở with raw meat too. My favorite place for Vietnamese for sure!!!

The food and service here are both excellent. I’ve eaten the Vermicelli Dish with grilled pork and egg roll (#34) and Phở with brisket, both dishes were great! The staff here is very nice, they always make you feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good Vietnamese food and a pleasurable dining experience.

I have a craving for Phở at least once a week. Our go to order is the Phở Ga with vegetables, summer rolls with roasted pork, chicken vermicelli and the beef stew. Don’t miss the beef stew. They run out early.

Excellent food! Had #17 and Bahn Mi (poboy). Also had the Vietnamese cold drip iced coffee (ca phe da) which was a treat. Owners said hello and the staff was very friendly … I will return!

The service here is great. Everyone is so sweet! Bun bo hue here is also delicious. The owner made my 30 min drive out to Covington feel very appreciated. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been waiting for some real Phở and Bahn Mi on the Northshore and this is it. Delicious broth cooked for 12 hours and seasoned to perfection. The bread is from Hi-​Do on the west bank and together with the grilled pork makes for one of the best Bahn Mi sandwiches around.

Fabulous! My family came based on another Unilocal! suggestion. So glad. The Phở Soup w/​brisket was amazing. I can’t have noodles so they gave me extra bean sprouts.
Also my sister-​n-​law ate the Lemongrass chicken with rice. She said it was wonderful.
To top it all off, the fresh hot green tea was perfect!!!

This was my first time trying Vietnamese food and I will be back! I got the fried egg rolls which were excellent and had tons of flavor. Better than any other egg roll I have had. For my meal I got the phở with rare steak and brisket. It was very good. The staff was very nice and the service was pretty quick.
Also, not sure why someone said they aren’t open on Tuesday’s as I ate there today which is a Tuesday

No bad for the Northshore, I definitely will be back. I hope they stay around for a while. They have one more Phở place that should be opening very soon then we’ll see which will be our regular go to Phở restaurant on West St. Tammany. The staff is very friendly which is a plus. Friendliness is very important. Thanks for being friendly… see ya soon.

Thank the good Lord above!!! Finally, a true Phở now in Covington/​Mandeville area. Is clearly the best on Northshore… Phở is aromatic & sweet, Summer rolls are fresh, Banh Mi is memorable… If you are in the mood for true Vietnamese, do not go anywhere else.
