This business is strictly out to rob you of your money. I signed a contract and when I wanted to cancel my membership(due to finances) the workers kept telling me «just come 7 days before the end of the month and you can cancel.» They deliberately left out that on the contract it says you have to pay for THREEMONTHS of the membership after you cancel. SUCHBS!!! This place robbed me– don’t get tricked into any contract! These people can talk your drawers off with their sweet deals and discounts. DONOTBUYINTOIT. Would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. Just a warning to potential customers: DONOT sign the contract without reading every word!!! Do not give them your bank/card numbers. It’s like selling your soul to the devil.

I cannot believe how outrageous Planet Beach’s business practices are. While I have not used their services before, I have to share what they did to my sister-in-law yesterday. I am just so disgusted. In her words: I went into this location yesterday for a tour with Chealsea and Jesse. Instead I was asked to sign lots of paperwork and afterwards shown a binder of services. It all seemed nice enough so I decided to try it out for a month I was told it would be $ 99 per month, NEVER was it mentioned that I would be locked in for any period of time. I was charged IMMEDIATELY(they did not verify my drivers license with my card) and THEN I was given more paperwork to sign that looked like rules and regulations of the spa. When I went to sit and read it I was rushed and told I’d get a copy to take home. No more than 20 minutes later once I was able to read the paperwork and realized it was actually a contract– another thing that was never mentioned to me. I called back to cancel, because the contract stated that I was locked in for 24 months and if I wanted to cancel I would have to give a 60 day notice, still paying for those months, then also pay $ 99 more as a cancellation fee! NONE of that was ever mentioned to me! When I asked to cancel I was told«some parts of the contract aren’t true», that they«forgot to scratch out some things» I’m actually only locked in for 2 months because I can put in the 60 day cancellation notice. I was also told that there was no way Id get my money back other than as a credit in an account at the spa. I then asked to speak with the manager because I kept getting told contradictory things from the 2 employees that kept passing the phone to each other like it was nothing. They told me she was out of town, they could email her, but not until 4:00. I asked them to call her and have her call me, first they said no but after I insisted they said they could try to call but don’t expect a return call! I have not used any services, I do not want to, who would at this point! If I was already uncomfortable they’ve now made it impossible for me to ever want to step foot there again! I’d understand this situation if I had actually been notified of ANYTHING other than the price per month, if I had used any services, or had been a member for a certain period of time but this was a 20 minute window! If they can change and«scratch out» things from their«contract» then I’m sure they have the ability to cancel mine and refund me, but apparently all they’re worried about is playing manager on the weekends and taking people’s money! Be aware if you visit this business they are out to deceive and steal.

I purchased a groupon which gave me 7 treatments for $ 20. I had a consultation and decided to go for a massage, hydrodermafusion and redlight. Ive never been to one of these places before so felt a little apprehensive. Only when I got there did I think«should I have come with a bikini» oh well too late! I checked in with Unilocal and it said that I get 10% off products but they wouldn’t let me use it due to being a groupon customer :-(. I started with the hydra derma fusion. Honestly I was scared as I don’t like being in tight confines but the sign said«loose 300 pounds in 30 minutes». My skin felt so nice afterwards really smooth. I moved onto the red light which is designed for cellulite and scars I believe. That was relaxing and I could have laid there longer. I was supposed to go to the massage chair next but someone else was on it so I decided to try out the hydro massage bed. You can target where you want to with this and it lasts for 20 minutes. Paige helped us out here and she was great. I will definatley return!

I am incredibly disappointed in Planet Beach. I was a member there for almost a year, but I should have never signed up. Not only did I experience poor customer service, but the staff was incredibly rude. They did not notify me of a price increase to the recurring charge on my account. Additionally, the bulbs were always burned out, face tanners did not work consistently, and the Mystic tanner was broken several times. I don’t think they changed their bulbs in the entire time I went there. I am usually easy to please, but the experience I had with them was ridiculous. Go elsewhere. This place is not worth it!
