WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Michael, the store manager, was very nice and helpful. His coworkers definitely need him. Joe, is possibly the worst one there. IF I were to go back, it’d be to walk directly past him and give my commission to someone else. I wish I would’ve returned the bed before it got delivered. I’m currently in the process of returning the frame. I have a billing address and a shipping address. That are stated on all invoices. I received a 20 minute arrival call so I prepared everything so it was easy for the drivers because they’re nice and deserve a break. The store sent them to the billing address. They don’t know when they’ll be here if at all today. I think I’m going to go drop it off in their showroom. Joe can deal with it.

I love it here! I went in and after having such a bad experience at another place. I told Joe I needed to get a GOOD bed. He took the time to listen to my store and all my needs. He never rushed me and even though it took us two days to decide, he was still sweet and funny every question I threw his way. I am super happy with my mattress. So much so I went back and bought four more items. Michael and Joe were great this time too! Thank you :)

Rude employees… wont ever come back here. My Boyfriend and I went to go return our bed and the guy had no info for us. He didn’t know anything about the return process. We kept asking him questons and his response was I don’t know. We got a free bed frame with our purchase and I asked him if we got to keep it, he snapped back and said«not unless you want to pay for it» This place is a joke. They have horrible customer service.
