Good friendly service, exceptional clean environment, and food was well prepared. Can’t ask for too much more…

Service was rude. New owner is stingy and the wife or manager is very condescending. I asked for more vegetables and she literally puts two pieces of spinach! Who does that! Not only do they roll their eyes at u, they are slow! This new owner needs to step up his employees customer service

This place is a joke. They don’t put anything for vegetables on and they rush you in the process. Terrible customer service! Short on patience, no personalities… I’m completely unsatisfied with my experience! This is the 3^rd time and I have to post a negative review.
If they need a lesson on how a subway should be ran… The subway next to 132^nd & Kent Kangley is the best in the area!

Crappy service, crappy sandwich, crappy staff.
Went in here on a lunch break and was astounded by the line waiting to order. While the line went quickly, I soon discovered it was because the 3 girls making all the grub were whisking through the work as fast as humanly possible. No heed was paid to how the sandwich was being made. The staff never smiled at anyone.
My footlong turkey had skimpy meat and cheese, and ¹⁄₃ of the sandwich didn’t even have meat on it. Their tomatoes weren’t ripe, the lettuce was limp, and they put light mayo when I asked for regular.
I’m completely unimpressed with how this shop is run. Maybe they were in a hurry to get all the customers taken care of… but I would have gladly waited in line longer to get a sandwich that wasn’t so crappy.
