Subway

Poor service. Went in for a salad. The lady working there seemed largely inconvenienced by my order because she had to put in effort. I paid $ 2 extra for a salad, and then they make it and its not even the size of my fist. If I’m paying extra for it, at least give me a descent sized salad. Asked for a water cup… Nope, you get a tiny Dixie cup the size of a shot glass. I offered to pay 25 cents for a small cup for water and my request was denied… «We don’t do that here.» Really? I cant pay you for a cup that costs you maybe $.05? Worst Subway ever. I will never go there again, and I will make sure everyone else knows it too.

The staff here pretty much knows me as a regular customer, considering I live right across the street from this location and happen to frequent this subway than any other in the area (I.e. Covington or maple valley four corners). That being said, they treat me like family like they do with any other customer. Ingredients are always super fresh. Cookies are sometimes gone a lot when I arrive but if you ask nicely if there’s any fresh baked ones, they’ll often get you a nice a warm soft cookie from their baking tray. Totally worth it too.
My sub of choice is usually the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Italian Herb and Cheese, toasted, with lettuce, olives and jalapeños. For sauce go for the sweet onion and a little chipotle to spice it up even more. Add a drink to go and you got yourself a great lil meal.

Always great service. Have 2 other Subways closer to my house but this location is the best! I’ll go out of my way to get a good sandwich.

My daughter and I will go out of our way to eat at this subway only. Always a clean enviroment and friendly service. Produce is always well cut and fresh.

For the sake of customer service, it’s just a thought, MAYBE you should HANG UP THE PHONE, when you have 6 customers in line and you are the only «worker»
Avoid this place if you want to do anything in a normal amount of time. Been here 27 min now… still haven’t even gotten close to ordering.

I walked to this subway from my house with my young son, if I had drove I would have left this place and went to a different subway. The girl who prepared our food was an odd one. At every subway we ever go to, I always order double meat and cheese and have it on the side (I pay extra) for my child to eat since he does not eat bread or any condiments. This requst was just unimaginable to the employee who told me I needed to buy another sandwich in order to do this. I questioned if I could pay for extra meat and cheese to be placed on my sandwich, yes was the answer, so I questioned why she just couldn’t make my son happy and put the extra meat and cheese I’m ordering for MY sandwich on the side. She finally gave in to my request because the line was getting long. However I did not actually get extra meat or cheese because she just took the regular serving of meat and cheese off my sandwich and put it in a cup. I ended up eating a freaking veggie sandwich, far from what I had wanted. I wish I could say something positive in this review, but I have nothing

Clean and friendly service. If your stopping in for breakfast however, several times I found the door still locked at 9am or later ! When it says open at 7 or 8. LoL

Made a quick pit stop for lunch — staff was friendly. However, it was really cold… No great montly specials this month (not there fault). Would stop again…

The best Subway out of the 3 in Maple Valley in my opinion, plus they have punch cards! The staff, while quite young, is always friendly and helpful, they are open later which is good for me because I work nights.
