First time trying Which Wich, and was not impressed. From the price, the wait, and the order not being correct. The picture is my son’s sandwhich, that he had to disect to get of the onions and peppers that should not have been on it.

Food was great but the tables were dirty and the girls made no attempt to clean them. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned. Also very slow service. They were nice but did not seem to be in a hurry or interested in keeping tables clean.

The first time I had ordered here, sandwich was fantastic! Since, I have ordered two more times and have been disappointed each time. The second time I ordered extra meat and had the same as regular! My third time, it was good but a quarter of the sandwich on both sides from the end had nothing but condiments and no meat. If I wanted no meat, I would have gone to subway! Very disappointed!

Which Wich is a sandwich shop, this is my 1st time eating here so I’m still learning what is unique about this establishment compared to other sandwich shops. So far they have a variety of type of sandwiches and I am impressed with the Vegan selection they suggest. I can tell you that this establishment has a unique method of placing an order. They have pre-printed order forms on the sandwich bags in which you fill out and turn in to the employee. I’m not sure if they have specific names for these people such as «Sandwich Artist.» Like most of the sandwich shops they offer both cold and hot sandwich but what I found confusing was that the employee couldn’t tell me whether a particular sandwich is better served hot or better served cold. To give a specific example, I ordered the Black bean patty. I wasn’t sure whether the patty was frozen or fresh so I chose a cold sandwich in hopes the patty was at room temperature and I didn’t want the items I chose as a topping to be warmed up. I had spinach, avocado, and Olive salad; all of which I believe should remain in a cold status but that’s just me. So when I got my sandwich, there was a slight warmness to it. Apparently the patty is warmed up and the topping are added to it. I preferred my toppings to be cold but due to this patty being warmed up they were not. The sandwich still tasted good. It didn’t take long for them to make it. Another thing I look at in a sandwich shop is the type of bread. As most sandwich shops have the same ingredients but what really distinguished these shops from one another is the bread they use. So far to this date, I prefer Jimmy John’s bread, so my bar is set to their standard. Which wich’s bread is very similar to Potbelly(another chain in the Midwest). A slight crispy texture on the outside and soft interior made with many grains that adds to the texture. The look of this establishment is similar to the trendy look, very simple similar to the color(yellow) scheme of Au Bön Pain but without the French motif. I didn’t get a chance to check out the restroom but if anything like the eating area, it is well kept, very clean. They have bar stool type seating and other lower sit down individual chair seating. They offer chips and some bake goods to add to your meal. Didn’t try either this visit. Well that’s all I have for now. I’ll add to this review as I visit this establishment exploring their different sandwiches.

Three times I’ve placed an order online for my child and when I went in, they said it was not ready and it had been hanging on the rack the entire time. So I stood there for 15 – 20 minutes and people who walked up and ordered received their orders promptly. If you call or go in you receive semi-better service.

Best sandwiches you can get. We used to go once a week, there are so many sandwich combinations it’s easy to try new things. I love the Monte Cristo and the Grinder. They always get the order right because you fill out exactly what you want on the bag. Definitely better than Subway, as good or better than Jimmy Johns and Quiznos(and I love me some Quiznos).

I ordered the crab on wheat and the $ 1 gyro. Both were pretty good but honestly, the gyro was needing a little more sauce and the crab Sammie was on white(not wheat). Overall, a little pricey($ 13+) but delicious.

Great customer service said no one ever. Took over 10 minutes to build my sandwich and still got the order wrong. The girl behind the counter left, and the other stood around on her cell phone ignoring my plea to fix my sandwich. It’s hard to mess a sandwich but this location certainly did. Worst sandwich experience bar none

In terms of non-poboy sandwiches, this is the best place on the Northshore. Lots of variety and fun to order. Food is very good and always fresh. Much better than Subway and definitely better than Jimmy Johns. It’s no cheap compared to the other places but generally worth it. I actually like Potbelly better but there isn’t on around here yet.

As sandwich shops go, this is great. The Thank You turkey and dressing and cranberry sauce was exactly what I expected, better. The gyro sandwich was good. The choc shake was great! The roast w olive salad and grilled onions looked really good, but messy.

YUM! I love which wich. The ordering process has been simplified so much, it barely leaves room for error. Once you narrow down the protein of your choice you just fill in the bubbles of what toppings you want. I liked that they offered toppings that other sandwich shops don’t like grilled onions, candied walnuts and dried cranberries. Makes it a lot more fun and interesting than the norm. You can get it made however you like and the possibilities are endless. The house made chips are fantastic and another thing they do to stand out from the competition. The prices seem a little high, but me and my husband split the medium size and we were both stuffed.

Which Wich was a nice suprise. I was expecting just another sandwich shop but found something more. They say their sandwiches are superior and I may just agree. When you walk in you are presented with a selection of sandwich bags to choose from depending on what kind of «wich» you want. You can choose from turkey, ham and pork, beef, chicken, seafood, italian, and several others. From those categories you have a few additional options to choose from. You take your bag which has your sandwich fixins listed on it and mark off what kind of meat you want, cheese, dressing, veggies, seasonings, etc and then present the cashier with your bag. They then create your sandwich, call out your name when it’s ready and lunch is served. I’ve been here a few times now and the sandwiches are just delicious. I’ve been wanting to try a few different ones but the italian grinder is so good that I keep going back to it! Another PLUS, they have Gyros! I’ll be trying one of those soon.
