Clean friendly and efficient this place is fast but not fast food. I think I’m rating it highly because I definitely expected something along the lines of Arby’s and it turned out to have subway quality food but with better bread and better service. Food is good I don’t think I’ll crave it but it’s close and convenient which is their big selling point and tastes better than many other sandwich chains. Speed is what I’m swept away with their assembly line has 4people unlike subway which has one or two even during lunch hours. So A+ for service right here. I also asked some random questions about where the meat comes from and what kind of lettuce it is and was surprised the employees knew the answer. I like it when everyone knows lots about their own store. Speaks volumes to the work culture. I hope it wasn’t a random fluke but as of now I would recommend giving this place a chance during your next lunch break.

Whenever we end up shopping out off 21, the food choices are very plentiful. With kids in tow though, the drive thru options narrow things down. Wait for an hour in the Chick Fil A line? Ha! Panera taking 46 minutes to make your sandwich? Never again! Jimmy Johns is fast like their commercials say, so the line isn’t long and you don’t have to wait for them to make your food. Sometimes I just want a JJ sub, and yes, I know they’re not NOLA poboys, but sometimes I want a heavily packed cold cut sub that I can drive thru to get. The bread is just right too, and the chips are good. We can order sandwiches and pick them up without having to worry about putting shoes on the kids for the fifth time in an hour because we have picked up food and are heading home!

Seems like the bread is getting stale and chewy not as fresh tasting like when they first opened the store. It seems like the staff was bothered and coped a attitude when I changed my mind half way ordering they acted like they were doing me a favor preparing my sandwich the way I wanted it done. Seems like they’re to efficient they had my sandwich done while I was paying for it. My advice is to plan ahead before ordering. Sandwich lacks flavor tomatoes are on the small side.

First time eating at Jimmy Johns. The bread was good. One side of the sandwich barely had any meat. My wife’s BLT had soggy bacon. Ketchup is not a option. Sandwich did not fill me up. I had to eat something at home.

Have tried to like this place but the sandwiches are subpar, there is little taste and are very expensive for the size. Clean and nice looking restaurant for sure, just not sure I get why some like the sandwiches. It also has an air about it that you have to get it their way — for example, you can’t get mayonnaise on your sandwich… HUH? This is the deep south, and mayonnaise is a staple of our culture. So have it available and not just in mayo packets. If you want a great sandwich, go to Which Wich — they are off the charts good and an endless combination of meats, veggies etc are available. And they come hot if wanted.

The sandwiches are fresh but I think they are pricey. I had tuna on a piece of lettuce and a drink for 7.26. No sides. But they don’t put much on the lettuce like they do on the sandwiches. I think they should compensate for not having the bread. They have tea with no lemon. I dunno? I do like their sliced multi grain bread. It’s very fresh and tasty but once again if you get a meal you will spend like 15.00 for a sandwich, chips and a drink.

The service was prompt and the employees courteous. My children really enjoy their sandwiches.

SO much better than the Metairie one. Still not a «great» lettuce wrap, but OK if you need something delivered and need it NOW because you forgot to eat breakfast… I hear the sandwiches are good here too but I haven’t had one.

I’ve got it bad Got it bad Got it bad I’m hot for Jimmy Got it bad Soooo bad I hot for Jimmy I’m in love with this place guys. I’ll tell you why… –drive thru. Ok? Y’all know I love a drive through –fast. They aren’t fibbing when they say freaky fast. –affordable. I’m frugal to a fault. I love that I can go here and order a sub(via drive thru!!!) and it’s yummy, quick and not«fast food». What I mean is this… you can go to any chain and order fast food and be quickly shuffled away. Not here. Made to order and aimed to please, Jimmy John’s is different. They make their own bread(which is spectacular), the lettuce is shaved thinly and piled high(yay) and they pile everything on. You want cheese on that? You got it. Caramelized onions? Got it. Hot peppers? Got that too. If you thought Jimmy John’s was just another sub shop you were wrong. Try it. I bet you’ll love it.

My Favorite sandwich place! I could eat here 2 or 3 times a week. The sandwiches are great and they offer a wide variety. I’ve been here at different times of the day and the bread is ALWAYS fresh and delicious, unlike Subway where it is hit and miss and you often get dried out and crumbly bread. They are also super fast. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 2 minutes for my sandwich. By the time I get my drink poured it’s done and ready. The employees have been very friendly every time and the place is really clean which is a big plus.

Most times when I go into a Jimmy Johns, they’re fast and accurate. Not this one. I was picking up lunch for everyone, so it was a larger than normal order, six sandwiches. First, there was some confusion when I said I wanted extras on two of the sandwiches. The manager ended up having to come over, poke at the computer while wearing his gloves, then go back to making sandwiches without changing his gloves. One of the sandwiches didn’t get made, and I had to point it out to them twice. They seemed rather put off that they had to go back and make another sandwich that they should have made in the first place. Then they forgot the pickles we ordered. The order consisted of 6 sandwiches, four cookies, two pickles, two bags of chips, and a large drink. No bag or box was offered to carry our order home, which made getting back out to the car interesting. Delicious sandwiches, but horrible service.
